Thank you, Thank you Yoli!!!I purchased Yoli after seeing how it has helped my friend transform. She looks amazing!I am very health conscious and was hesitant to consume any diet products so I did my research prior to purchasing. I do feel that this product is as it describes itself and decided to give it a try. I am 51 years old, 5'7" and have always weighed around 150 lbs. In the past 3 years my weight went up to 167 lbs, which I was not happy about at all! I have been struggling to get back down to my healthy target weight of 150 lbs.I started Yoli on August 9th and have followed it to a T. I am starting my last week of the "one month transformation". Although I have not lost as much as other on this plan, I am very pleased with my results thus far. I have lost 8 lbs but more importantly several inches! I am starting to fit back into clothes that I have not wore for a couple of years. This is just what I needed to help me break the pattern that I have been on for so long!

There was no book or pamphlet, no instructions in the box.

If i could give this a 0.0 stars i would i was really looking forward to start this 28day kit but it was expired my order was delivered November 25, 2024 im still waiting to hear back if i get my money back wich im hoping cause it was noth cheap is $400 product

AMAZING! Changed my body without me - the formulation has reset my taste levels for sugar and my hunger.The amount of food and sugar has decreased so when I have a shake or protein I am totally satisfied and I feelmuch more energised and focused on the positives in life!

This product is a scam. I'm actually happy to find it being sold on amazon because usually you would have to go through a "distributor" and pay for the product plus extra fees. Yoli IS NOT for everyone, even though some may tell you it is. It is for those who are already in a "weight loss" mindset, and or a gym junkie. The BBS is a strict plan from day one, that does not allow you any solid foods except protein. Which is not healthy for your digestive system as well as unrealistic in the long term weight loss goal. IN NO WAY is it a "lifestyle" as some might ALSO tell you. Yoli is designed by a multi level marketing scam out to take your money. It is extremely overpriced for what it actually is. YOU GET NOTHING FOR YOUR MONEY. AND IT IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. You get some powders you dont know much about along with some "vitamins" that could basically be anything. And it all costs an arm and a leg! I know, I was on the plan for 30 days along with some of the other reviewers on here(i only lost 11lbs which is nothing compared to the amount of food I WASN'T EATING).DO NOT GO TO A DISTRIBUTOR. Buy it here if you MUST! But don't waste your time with multi level marketing scammers. The yoli company wants you to become a member and then ultimately have you sign up other members and so on and so forth, BUT FOR WHAT? Their interest. Not yours. THEY DO NOT HAVE YOU IN MIND. They are only about signing up as many people as possible so they can excel in their "business." Trust me, I have first hand experience with this! Look, everything might taste great and yes the idea is great! But it's not ideal in the long term! You will only get fast results if you want to starve yourself and spend your whole paycheck doing said things.

I really loved Yoli the first week since I lost 13 lbs, however I bounced around the the remaining 6lbs over the next 2.5 weeks. The products are really great, but pretty expensive but taste/work great - I have tried all flavors. In my opinion, I think you could substitute the Yoli protein shakes for a VERY similar product (grass fed, no gmo, no antibiotics, natural sweetener and flavor whey) that is half the price as well as a different fiber/probiotic with a much lower price. Alkalete and Passion are great and I have tried stacking (1 Alkalete for 25 lbs) and also taking the two as recommended, but have far better results with the stacking. I used to drink 3-4 cups of cofffee or tea a day, but I have not had any cravings with the two Passion per day. My first two days I was a little sluggish and cranky, so I upped to three. The food schedule works fine for me, but I have an office job. I am never hungry - sometimes I actually feel like I am forcing myself to eat the afternoon snack - and you have a wide variety of food choices. I also don't feel the cravings for junk food like I had in the past, but there are a lot os sweets that work with the low-carb diet (WW, Atkins, Skinny Cow, So Delicious, Digestives, and high percent dark chocolate).I would highly recommend this system to anyone looking to lose weight. I feel great on the system, lots of energy, better moods, and lost a good amount of weight fast. The only downside is the price, but with subbing some alternative products (probiotic and whey), you could probably get to around $200 a month.

Saves about $60 from ordering from the website. Sans being able to pick your passion flavor. I usually like them all. But received berry twice already. Might try a third order, but if I get berry again I may just eat the $60.

product arrived quickly the program is easy to follow and everything was included that was needed
