The perfect pocket pen. Durable and compact these are truly exceptional. Keep them anywhere you may need like a bag, truck glove box etc. They are cheap and very handy. Pair them with write in the rain notepads and you have a perfect field set.

Came across these pens while browsing an EDC forum. I must say it's a rather interesting choice of an EDC pen. A great replacement if you are looking for a lighter weight alternative to a Fisher Space Pen (especially the Bullet Pen). The pen is durable and easily slips into a shirt/pants pocket. The reduced weight is nice. It is a compact pen and writes decent for a pen of this caliber. However, there are some cons: 1) pricy at $2.85/pen, 2) refills are hard to get making this pretty much a disposable pen. They are available directly from Pokka but again at a price that is cost prohibitive. 3) the clip adds functionality but costs more than the pen itself. 4) the writing experience is decent; however, you won't want to write with it for extended periods of time. from a writing experience standpoint this pen may leave you wanting more. 5) there are 'luxury' versions of this pen available though Pokka, but they are still the same basic pen at heart (again pricy for what they are). There are also accessory keychain clips ( again pricey more than the pen). That said, I use them for EDC kits, but my recommendation is to stay with the basic pen. Would like to see Pokka offer these as maybe a 2-pack with blue/black ink options (again, you can buy blue/black ink from Pokka, but at $$$$). Overall, an ok pen.

good price, easy to find and small enough to carry in pocket.

I wanted a pen that I could put in my shorts (or pants) pocket that wouldn't break or leak or take up much room. These pens are perfect. They even have a rubber O-ring to keep dirt etc. out when closed and the cap is sized just right to make it a full-sized pen when capped.

These pens are the perfect EDC pen. I placed my second order after having the last batch for six years. The best description I have read is a plastic version of the Fisher space pen. It is lighter weight. The pens will not scratch other things in my pocket, and they are much cheaper. I have misplaced my Fisher pens so many times. I always have one on me with at least one in my office bag.

- minus one star for how light/cheap the pen feels. weighs almost nothing- minus another star for how it writes given the price: which is very average (not too dark but not difficult to write, but not particularly easy either)- would not buy again but will keep for the shape/being able to throw one in every bag

Nice little pens, just cost too much. Weatherproof, easy to carry around, the design is perfect for backpacking. And did I mention they cost a bit too much.
