works great and easy to install. Nice replacement for my Nexgrill.

After my old spark switch broke from age, and I finally found and ordered the correct push button switch. It was a perfect fit for my Ducane grill and looked like an OEM part. It was well made and looked very durable. The only complaint would be the button where it is still rubber versus a hard plastic. The reason I say this is a raccoon somehow chewed off the old rubber button where perhaps if a hard plastic make it more resistant. Installing it was very easy and worked perfectly.

My ignitor stopped working. I replaced the battery which didn't help. I ordered this replacement ignitor and it solved the problem. I have a 6 burner KitchenAid grill. This unit had 6 sockets and I has able to unplug each lead from the old ignitor and plug this into this new unit. This ignitor is different from my original one as the original had another lead wire that allowed the turning of each burner knob to fire ignitor. This ignitor did not have that plug, but instead allows you to push in the knob that covers the battery to fire to ignitor and allow lighting of each/all burners. Its works well and I am satisfied. It look about 5 minutes to change it out.

Good price,delivered fast and works fine, but not what I expected. I purchased based on appearance, having six terminals on back like my old one, whichh used two terminals for a panel switch and four for the four burners. This item has the switch built in (push button cap). I installed and eliminated my panel switch, but now have to reach down under the side burner to push the new switch button. My BAD!

I must admit I had my doubts when I ordered it... but, I got tired of trying to light my grill with a lighter or a flaming paper towl... I decided to give it a try... even after I opened it and got it hooked up (pretty easily I might add) I didn't even mount it back into the grill because I wasn't sure it would work... so it was hanging there as I got ready to push the button... I pushed it, spark, poof, it WORKED! I was elated. So much so, I decided to install it actually where it was supposed to and and hollered for the wife to come and see... she wasn't as excited as I was (I do all the grilling) but, she dutifully patted me on the back, turned to go back in the house and said "when will my steak be ready" ... steak was perfect too.

I bought this product to replace the ignitor on my Nexgrill 5 burner grill that also has a side burner for pots. It fit perfectly, was a snap to remove the old one and install this one. The connections are solid, it is the same size overall, and it fits just like the original did. I like that this item has a rubber boot over the button that you push for a spark to keep the rain out. Water killed the original ignitor, this one should be better in that regard. I recommend this product based on what I wrote. How long it actually lasts, I cannot say, but I do know it doesn't feel cheaply made.

Spark generator stopped operating after a week. It was Condensing water under the start button. I dried it under the sun and used plumbing tape to seal the thread of the start button. For about two weeks it works without problems.
