SB SOX Compression Ankle Brace (1 Pair) – Ankle Support Sleeve for Men & Women – Relief for Achilles, Sprains, Plantar Fasciitis

I am a women's size 8 and I was afraid the Medium size would be to small, but it's great. These are a good product for the price. Very pleased.

For reference, I wear a sz 8.5. I ordered a S. This is a great compression ankle sleeve. I broke my ankle abt 3 mos ago. I purchased this sleeve to help with swelling as well as offer support for my ankle.Some compression garments are too tight, making them uncomfortable to wear. While others offer no support at all. This sleeve offers much needed support and comfortable enough to wear for hours. Superior quality. I have purchased other SB SOX products and a have been pleased with all my purchases.

I have peroneal tendonitis and peroneal subluxations in both ankles. I initially wanted a sleeve so I could sleep without my ankles getting in a bad position. I’ve tried several in stores and here on amazon.. this one is the most comfortable and supportive where I need it EXCEPT... for some reason it occasionally causes heel pain in my sleep and I often find I have taken it off in my sleep or wake up with the heel pain.. it’s not all the time or every day and I’ve played with how the grey heel part is sitting and can’t bloody find the “why” it only sometimes does this. It’s also a little tight (again...sometimes!) around my foot itself- it’s weird cause it’ll feel good for hours and suddenly one foot will start bugging me.. usually pushing on a superficial nerve that causes a tingling sensation and occasionally pain. Again, randomly. I’ve graduated to using the sleeve plus kinesio-tape at work instead of my ASO brace on my “less severe” foot but wish it didn’t occasionally tick off part of my foot. I don’t get why it only sometimes happens. But it’s still been the best sleeve I’ve found so far so while I keep trying others, I keep going back to this one. Hard to find a sleeve that supports the outer ankle enough and doesn’t put excess pressure on my Achilles. My physical therapist also approved of it, she said it was one of the nicer more supportive ones she’s seen. :)

I have tried several brands of compression socks on amazon. Like these the best and very affordable. Using for hiking. Medium is perfect for men's size 7 foot.

Amazing! After injuring tendons in my ankle, I was having trouble easily adjusting an ace bandage the same way every time, so I ordered this. I am wearing it right now. It fits like an ace bandage, the Velcro stays in place all day, and it's so comfortable I forget I'm wearing it. But best of all, it's so easy to secure I know I am using the same strength every day. It did come with instructions, but is so simple you won't need them. Strong, cute, tough, and yet gentle. I love this and would recommend to anyone in recovery from an ankle injury.

I have socks and plantar fasciitis braces from the same brand and I’m always a medium. In this brace, I should’ve got a small. It’s supportive worn over thick socks but doesn’t do much for me without it. Also the material is not as compressive as their plantar fasciitis sleeves. So it’s OK but not great. Might try again in a smaller size but I don’t like it as well as their other great products.

Edit 3/25/21: I've been using them for about 3 weeks now and these things are amazing. They're the first foot brace I've used that has corrected the problem, rather than just help temporarily. After wearing them everyday for a week, I forgot to put them on. It took all day to realize it because my Achilles tendon pain was gone. After 2 years! They've stayed that way too, as long as I wear them a couple days a week. I bought a second pair so I'd always have a clean one.Wow. These compression braces are the best thing I've found for my recurring (and painful) Achilles tendonitis, along with several other foot and ankle problems caused by playing roller derby & skating. They're thick, but not overly so, they give the perfect amount of compression and it literally feels like it hugs your feet. Especially when they're swollen at the end of the day. I forgot to take them off last night because they feel pretty light, so I've been wearing them the last 24 hours with all the awesome support but zero cutting off my circulation. I'm good all day with zero pain killers.

Some of the best I have bought and worn. Does a fantastic job!
