7-Day Detox and Diet Plan (Chocolate)

I have followed this cleanse very well and I feel great and have lost so much inflammation!

I should have known when they don't stand by the product enough to support a return policy that this wouldn't be a wise purchase. A friend suggested it and I purchased without investigating (another bad idea). The ingredients list sugar and the ever mysterious "natural flavors". Who ever heard of a clean detox containing sugar? I eat a very clean diet (no gluten or dairy and lots of fruits, vegetables, fish. I followed directions for two days and then stopped. The drinks taste terrible but that wouldn't be a deal breaker for me. What makes me take the time to write the review is that I felt very sick for four days. I had the worst migraine I have ever had (for four days) and could not get off the couch or out of the dark as a result. Yes, I know there are side effects with a detox but this went beyond that. If you want to embark on a detox regimen, I suggest you find a local health food store or reputable functional medicine doctor to help you find products that you can return. This company seems to be all about profit, in my opinion, as they keep sending emails trying to sell me more products. NOT A FAN.

I won’t place the positive aspects of this detox as those prior have noted it already. This detox works really well. However my protein powder did not last until the end of my detox. Just did my last shake of the day and there is nothing left for my last two days. Very disappointed that I won’t be able to complete the detox. I may just do a 24 hour fast to compensate but would have like to finish the full detox. NOT HAPPY.

This product is amazing. I feel so much better after doing this cleanse. The 2nd day was rough....not gonna lie. But days 3-7 I had so much energy and lost 8.5 lbs overall. I also have not had (or needed) an energy drink for 3 weeks now. Also the poeple that ran out of powder didn't follow the directions. Days 1 and 2 you only do 1 scoop per shake. I had just the right amount for the week.

I ordered 2 kits. The first one had Stevia in the drink and it tasted fine, the next had sugar. I did the first week cleanse and felt it was doing me some good and wanted to continue with a second week. The next kit I received the drink tasted bad. I checked the ingredients.. sugar! you dont do a cleanse with a product that has added sugar. Its basic. You cant return this product. Dont spend your money. Sad to say Im dumping this in the trash and wasting $100 dollars.. Stephen Cabral fix this !! and send the money back to the people that asked for it!! .. PS the powder did not have enough to complete the protocol.. short... seriously why? BAD FORM
