Rack past spare
It was exactly as described and doesn’t rattle around. Got my carry rack past my spare tire on my jeep.

Good extender
I bought this to add onto my hitch, in order for a bike rack to fit and make it past the large spare tire I have on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I read the reviews for sturdiness, as I understand by adding length, you can get bowing & bend with alot of weight the longer the extensions. I have had this about 2 months of use and the bike rack fits well into it. There is ALOT of sway, it seems a bit scary to see it in my rear view but my boyfriend assures me that is fine. I do notice that there seems to be some bend, just a little but it is getting weighed down with the rack over time. It is steel, I know it is fine but no matter what is causing it, it is intact & working. I will keep an eye on the welds and overall strength & continued safety of it.

This is just what I need, but…
It’s about a quarter inch too long for my receiver and the hole for the hitch pin isn’t lined up. I think we’ll just cut a quarter inch off the end and it should fit fine. I needed it so we could open the tailgate to get to the cooler on our cross country trip.
