Very pretty finish and it has a nice subtle shine that makes your nails look very healthy. The optical purple brightener really makes the nails looks healthy in comparison to if you just put a clear top coat over your nails. A clear top coat always is way to shiny, but this optical brightener base used as a top coat is more natural and pretty looking.The subtle shine lasts over a week long so they look freshly manicured for at least 10 days with no chipping and makes my nails grow so fast!! It can dry a touch tacky so sometimes I put OPI Natural Base over it (yes Base, as a top coat!). The OPI base is also a satin finish so it just makes it that much better overtop the React Max. A+ will definitely buy Optical Brightener again for those natural nail days.

It feels light and stops my nails from breaking off and peeling. And has no harmful additives!

I'm on the fence of this base coat. I've been painting my nails every week for two years now since covid and my nails never turned yellow on me until I used this base coat twice. I'm painting my nails with just this base coat for this week. I wanna see if this is the culprit. If so then I will return it. It might have ingredient(s) that do not react well with my nail bed.

This is the only formaldehyde-free nail growth/protector I have ever found that really works. My nails are strong and are growing like weeds.

This is advertised as having a purple tint. This nail polish is 100% clear.

I like this Base coat, it exactly what I want and like. Its not white color but natural delicate a little transparent nail cover. Nails look natural

Bought this thinking it could help discolored nails even the description says that and when searched for nail whitener this was 1st item to pop up , it isn't a nail whitener/ brightener....its a nail strengthner which maybe has helped in that area but as for brightening them there's no change whatsoever...for price paid its not worth it Sally Hansen has better strengtheners for more affordable price. Sadly cant send back

I honestly wasnt expecting anything great - I've used SO many nail hardeners/strengtheners in my life. My nails can either be brittle or fine. But one nail always splits. I've only been using this for 4 weeks (one coat, removed and reapplied, once a week) and the nail that NEVER gets long is already above the top of my finger. It hasn't split! It's strong but seems slightly flexible too - which it hasn't been for about 15 years. The finish is a pale pink satin - quite classy and brilliant for work (I have put a clear gloss over and that worked fine too). I highly recommend this product so far. I'm impressed!
