This box has become a staple for the kids.No more stale cereal since someone left the bag or box open. No more 'he/she got more than me.' No more milk running on the table....well there is still that but it is not for lack of cereal!These cups are a perfect size for teens and adults. I get no 'I'm still hungry complaints nor do they ask for another right after. They stay fresh very well and the top seals do not pop open easily like some others have.Age range: Adults and Teens. If you have high metabolisim 6 to 10 year olds they would finish this easily too. 3 to 5 years may not unless you are using them as dry cereal for in between snacks in ziplocks.

GUILTY! I am totally guilty! I purchased these for my husband in an attempt to break his evening ice cream habit! He loves Special K and Mini Wheats, so I thought this would be perfect for him. Just a little something to transition him from his thirty year habit. Anyway, our single cups arrived and we were so very pleased. My husband had one for lunch that day...and then it began...every night before bed. Until yesterday, when I saw there was granola in the package as well! Ahhh, they found my weakness! I not only had one, but I had two. I know, I know...guilty! One is a great portion size and I felt totally guilty about going for the second! These are great for families on the go! We couldn't be happier! I came today to order more and thought this was definitely worthy of a review! Solid 5 Stars!
