Very useful and good product

So earlier I had Bajaj food processor machine, it was good worked for 11 years but then I felt the plastic was old and machine was small so felt.i need to upgrade, this i bought it in 2020 just after lockdown, initially machine was working good, now here are the problemsMachine is strong and powerful but same can't be told about the accessories, they are cheap, they look premium but when used regularly screw and rubber seal get spoilt easilyWe had issue with middle jar and small jar, they replaced the small jar but middle jar was out of stock , so we contacted them more then 5 times every month till our warranty ran out, then they said they have the middle jar in stock but we need to buy it since we are out of warrantyThen our food processor jar broke down although it says unbreakable, it easily breakable and first u see small chirps in the handle then after few accidents entire lid got broken,Now I accept that it is a physical damage but that's the reason we go for unbreakable jar so we can b at ease however I was willing to buy a new one so I said I would like the food processor jar which they said would cost me 1900 only for the lid , can you imagine the entire set cost 3500+ how does it even make senseAlso the service we found was not on time, so since 2 yrs now we were using only small jar for all workNow juice jar had a leak from bottom which we asked to replace it wasn't available at first then they changed it and now it again leaking so we don't have juice with usWe were living with this because once you spend more then 10 k for a mixer you can't go out and buy again specially when our last mixer worked for 10+ years.Today being fed up my mom asked to buy a new one hence I came in and I saw this machine still selling same faulty product, hence felt to take time and save someone's time and money.

The motor is powerful. Good choices of accesories. Motor housing is excellent. The two stainless steel jars are good. The problem is the quality of the plastic jar, looks brittle. The space for keeping the blades is a huge plus. Excellent design. The juicer is also looking good but the quality of the outer layer of this unit is a bit of concern. I suppose if not for regular use this product is great choice. Atta kneading is fantastic and quick. Suction cups beneath the motor legs is good design idea. Will update once upon further use.

Pros:1. Powerful motor. Kneading dough is a breeze.2. Jars have a nice sturdy cutting blade3. Jars have a thick and smooth finish that are strong and easy to clean4. Excellent looks. Body had stainless steel finish. Easy to clean5. Plenty of attachments to take care of most needs. Found that to be better than competition at the time of buying6. Powerful suction cups at the base of unit keeps the unit firmly secured to the countertop even while in operation7. Space to neatly tuck in some commonly used blades with with the base unit8. Fast operation9. Knob is neither to hard not too softCons1. Kneading blade is made of thin material. The one and only entity that appears weak. Perhaps it was designed keeping cake batter in mind and not flour. I use it for chapati though. At the same time, this should protect the motor from overloading. I just hope it is easy to replace the blade if needed.2. You can expect more noise from the bigger motor3. Cutting blades of jars are riveted with the spindle. In future, when the blades get blunt, I hope that replacement is possible.4. Depending on which model you might have used earlier, the base unit can seem larger.Will update the review when I use the juicer.Will also update how my service experience is - though I do not expect a need for servicing anytime soon.

Before I tell you about the product and it's advantages I want to tell you that I had a very strong prejudice mind setup against the food processor or can say any multiroll objects like a Swiss Knife, too many attachments but none will do it's work perfectly, so a food processor being a wholesome product that can do 10 kitchen chorus on one machine, I was like ok it will do 10 things but all 10 imperfect, messy & will be Swiss knife of kitchen, anyways we ordered it and frankly speaking I was surprised, it will take some time to adapt you to all the functions and only reading instruction manual will not clear up the things as a hands on experience will do.. so after using for 1 month following are my opinions1. It's beautiful, well designed instrument.2. It's powerful with 1000 Watt motor.3. All the attachment are sturdy and does exactly what it ment to do.4. Kneading dough now a easy task , just need to get used to add water in right amount and time.5. Juicer works like a charm.6. The spare blades holding pocket is one of the most useful design feature, will save time because misplacing small attachments and unable to find them on time it's a big issue , makes whole use of that instrument in emergency nearly a headache.7. Jars are of polycarbonate and unbreakable,.8. All the assembly is easy to do and undo and also easy to clean.

Don't purchase this Product.. After Sales Company service is not fine.. I mean company is no serious about after sales service.. service centre is also not answering n no parts availability..n product is also not good.. I purchase this 1 year ago.. but after purchase of 6 months machine is regularly not working.. most of machine is not working properly.. n also parts is not available in market..Very very poor service by USHA company.I complaint many time in company.. but it gives u time time n time only.. very disappointed..
