ZEBRA ZP 450 Label Thermal Bar Code Monochrome Printer ZP450-0501-0006A (Renewed)

I purchased a printer for our shipping department and it worked perfectly until recently. A few days ago, it started malfunctioning and then stopped working altogether. Unfortunately, I forgot to purchase the extended warranty, and the return period had already expired, leaving me in a bind. I contacted the seller, who turned out to be a reasonable and generous person. He assured me that he tests the printers hundreds of times before selling them to ensure everything is in good working order. Despite this, he decided to send me a replacement as a gesture of goodwill. Sometimes bad luck happens, but it’s fortunate to buy from someone like this seller.

Installed and working as advertised.

Quick and easy set up and easy to use. Works well with the labels we get from UPS and works with multiple shipping platforms.

Bought a renewed version and about 4 yrs old. Not bad but also not as good as expected.

I bought it because I need it. I do not understand why it dosed not work very well. It does not press the labels event hough it is new. ink is okay, the printer seemly is okay, but the is a huge disappointment. What is wrong with the printer. please fix this or replace it. Thank you.

The printers are always dependable and the seller does a great job.

Worked but I had a small glitch with setup. I was forced to call customer support and the person who answered was clearly not an answering service, he seemed like he worked on the products himself. He struggled but persisted to figure out what was going on with my system that was causing incompatibility and ultimately we solved it. I’m impressed with the companies service

Bought it for work. This is pretty easy to use, we used UPS tech support and UPS supplies labels. Was already familiar with this model. The first one they sent didn’t work out of the box within 24-48 hours I had a new printer at my place of employment! These guys don’t play around when it comes to taking care of their customer.

I was hesitant with buying a used item. Very happy with this purchase. It works flawlessly

The item arrived with panels misaligned. Obviously used and not put back to right. No power or cords of any type, but maybe they were not supposed to be included, though it makes it hard to test or operate without a power cord.
