Q: Do these come with good, clear, and easy to understand directions?

Yes it does. The only question there is with the directions is to tie the pom pom with string instead of the yarn you wrap around the pom pom. If you are going to tie very tight, the yarn may break so string is a better option.

Q: What scissors would y’all recommend? Preferably some that are light & easy on the hands (arthritis) Links or exact one will be greatly appreciated

Q: Does this pom pom maker only make one at a time?

Yes, one at a time. It is very easy to use and goes fast and looks great. I like my pom pom thicker, so I use 2 yarns and wrap around 4 times. Excellent product!!
