Da Rat - Refill/Attachments- Fits Da Bird, Cat Catcher, Wildcat and Flying Frenzy Poles and Wands

It is way too expensive...but the cats love it while it last. They tear it up within a few weeks so not sure I will buy it again.

This little creature is more mouse than rat and my cat's favorite toy. It is quite real looking. I use it with the Da Bird wand, which is so flexible that you can make the mouse twitch and skitter like the real thing. It is really well made. The "fur" does not fall out and the little leather tail is very sturdy. My cat enjoys playtime with it everyday, chasing, playing hide and seek, biting and tossing it around. It isn't showing any wear. I don't hesitate to recommend it.

My kitty has many toys, but this is her second favorite, the other being Da Bird! She doesn't usually play with toys, but she absolutely loves, loves Da Rat and Da Bird. I was surprised that she found Da Rat and played with it, even without a wand. I guess you get what you pay for, this being made of deer hide.

Our cats absolutely love these mice. We actually accidently ran into the maker of these are a yard sale, and he gifted us with them best possible item we could have ever gotten our cats. Our cats went nuts over it. They are not as durable or sturdy as commerical, factory made animal toys. However, this is because he makes them himself, and the package states to supervise play. We use them for one-on-one play with our cats. There is at no time when we get these out that the cats don't jump into action.

I did not leave this out for my cat and she’s not hard on toys, but this one fell apart in one day!

Cat hates it because the body under the "fur" is hard & she doesn't like not being able to bite into it
