Defective files
The product worked superb and did everything as advertised. My last 3 class lectures have given be a "defective file" message. I don't know what to do. I purchased this on 09/07/22 .

No charger comes with this product
Not sure how product will turn out. Had to go out and buy separate charger to charge it. Poor taste that product was this expensive and they didn't include a charger.Not Happy with this

Pen has internal software issues.
Made in Korea, wish I had know that before.Pugged into my Mac USB port,impossible to 'Eject' !!!When ejected from Mac computer itimmediately reconnects -- so how am Ito safely eject the pen first before removingfrom my Mac computer ?Manufacturers software fault.Also the English manual 'paper' that camewith it must have been written by an non-native English speaker & non-technical guy --> terrible !

This is very easy to use, the pen actually works & it is not questioned. Sound is pretty good quality.
