Very helpful!
I'm new at bartending for a corporate restaurant so we have a practiced standard for making drinks. I have test tubes on site at work to practice with but no one ever bothers to use them. Having these at home allows me to practice and makes me feel more confident if a manager were to put me on the spot for a pour test. Plus I noticed that I may have been over pouring big time. So they were a reality check.

KEEP YOUR STAFF POURING WITHOUT OVER-POURING AND WITHOUT JIGGERS. I ALWAYS MADE MY BARTENDERS FREE POUR INTO THE EXACTO POURS AND IF THEY COULD NOT GET IT RIGHT IN THE EXACTO POUR PRE SHIFT AT LEAST 4 OUT OF 5 ATTEMPTS THEN THEY CANT WORK THE BAR THAT NIGHT. TRUST ME THEY LEARN QUICK...
