These are not healthy
Unfortunately, I missed on the ingredients list that these are mostly canola oil. They went in the trash because they are not returnable. I’m very disappointed.

Rosarita is my Go to Brand
Great brand my go to for bean burritos and sides with cheese enchiladas. Great taste, good value, always delicious even from a can.

good
I’ve used these beans in tacos, burritos, and as a dip, and they spread easily with a smooth texture. The flavor is pretty mild, so I usually add my own seasoning. I like the convenience and haven’t had issues with dented cans, but I do wish they were a bit thicker. The ingredients include cooked pinto beans, canola oil, and “natural flavor,” which I’m not thrilled about since it’s vague. The sodium is on the high side, and I read the cans might have BPA lining, which is something to keep in mind. Overall, for a “buck-and-change” on subscription, they’re a decent pantry staple, but I’d consider an organic option if you want cleaner ingredients.

Great price for a good product
Product is great and at a good price. However, the cans were dented because there was no packing material. Therefore, they rolled around and got dented.

Good price
A can of bans where I live are around $4, which is just way too expensive. This was much cheaper and this is a good brand of of veggie beans.

Vegetarian hard as rocks
2.5.23~ I get that when your diet is plant based you need to be creative. But is gravel a protein? And if so I'll pass.Like this just awful batch of refried beans. My fork almost bent trying to wedge the cement brick out of the can.Even before plant based I've had Rosarita's and they're good.Maybe this batch was a dud which is why they advertised 12 cans & you only get one. It's so bad cancelled my subscription for the large can.Fortunately adding a can of broth & tons of seasoning made them palpable but not good.
