Go slow
It’s a well made garment it works well but you need to work into it gradually.

This brace is GREAT!
Broke my clavicle, 6 broken ribs, and had a pneumothorax. Hurt badly, 4 days in the hospital. More immobilizing pain than I've ever had. Once pain control and some healing had been accomplished I was sent home with an arm sling. It worked somewhat, but the most painful single item and persistently annoying was the clavicle. It felt like rats gnawing on the bone. My arm and hand were kind of useless with the pain. When the brace arrived and my wife put it on (easy), the pain IMMEDIATELY decreased, and my ability to move my arm IMPROVED SUBSTANTIALLY.Take the brace off > immediately reversal. I simply don't seen a need for the sling anymore.Only gripe, which is probably personal, is I get kind of itchy under the brace straps after hours of wearing it. I tried 24 hours the first time wearing it to bed, which is not as important I found. That seemed to respond well to benadryl cream. I suspect OTC steroid cream would work well too. I'll try that next.

A nice figure-of-eight device
As these devices go, this one is comfortable. Sometimes, it seems as though the velcro might be slipping, but it doesn't seem to slip more than1/4 inch or so. It would be nice if it came with instructions.

It’s Ok, it could be better
This was for my 13-year-old son, the support it’s Okay. The straps go around the arm which is a bit uncomfortable for my son. Not much support for the back. When I’m not watching him it’s easy for him to take it off sliding the straps over the shoulders.

Poor fit for me and didn't work
After a clavicle and pectoral injury with surgery, and with a lengthy projected recovery period, I tried this brace to help with comfort - I'm better in motion than sitting or standing around, and hoped this brace would help for those times of inactivity. I've noticed that while wearing a light backpack, the symptoms actually feel better. This brace seemed to approximate the positioning of the backpack. Unfortunately, the large straps on the brace were rather rigid and uncomfortable. I'm fairly big through the upper back and chest; with my wife's assistance, we just couldn't get the brace positioned either to be comfortable or even to stay closed when I extended my arms. There was no choice but to return it. Silly as it sounds, I'll likely wear my light backpack when I can get away with it to do a better job than this brace. Sorry it didn't work. It's a good idea but this particular product didn't do the job for me. Maybe it's all about size? I ordered and extra large but it still seemed too tight.

Great Support
This brace is soft helpful with my broken collarbone. It helps hold things in place, and makes me feelMore secure and supported as my break heals. My orthopedic doc thinks its a good idea, in addition to my sling.Con: you need someone to help put it on and remove it. If you live alone, or don’t have someone to help you, this is a nonstarter.

Amazing product, instant relief from broken clavical
Broke my clavicle and I am a drummer...... This brace was the only thing that works for me. I noticed a huge difference in my posture and clavicle position after wearing this for several weeks straight. 23 hours a day 7 days a week for 3 months this worked....No surgery I was lucky, but this does work if you use it correctly. My doctor actually said he does think this helped in my situation. But it might not work for everyone.

very uncomfortable in the axilla, pinches skin
This seems to be well made but does have a serious design flaw. The thickness of the padding on the strap in the under-arm area is way too thick and pinches the skin. Makes it very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this unless you want to cut out a chunk of the padding.
