Hard to get excited about meds for acid reflux... unless you don't have them when you need them! Unfortunately, the pandemic has brought back my night time snacking habit which makes my reflux worse. So, I wanted to make sure I have this H2 Blocker on hand when needed. I found the product I wanted for the best price and didn't have to leave the house to stock my med cabinet. However, the features amazon chooses to have you rank (see above) are not always salient: flavor? hopefully there is not one! But they are tiny and therefore easy to swallow and the value is excellent.

I took Zantac for many, many years and was very satisfied. Zantac has been removed from the market, and I was desperate to find a replacement. Tried a couple of other antacids, but was not pleased. I finally tried this brand and am so glad that I did. I found that I can take one at dinner time and I no longer wake up with reflux. Am very pleased.

Some people reviewed the product and mentioned it is not as good as prilosec or nexium. That is true; it is not a PPI. This product is in a weaker class of antacids but safer long term. PPIs have long term safety concerns. I use this nightly and have no symptoms.

They work great easy to swallow and no taste but a bit expensive. I have ulcers and need to take them 2x a day and when the article came out about this medicine helping Covid 19I went to get more for my stomach and they were all out in fact you can't find any brand at all & I am disabled and do most of my shopping online. It is ashamed that people buy out these products and then they will sell them later at highly inflated prices.I really do love your product it is one of the few that really works.Thankyou so much.Kim Cutrano
