The media could not be loaded. 4/20/23 STILL WORKING WELL!!Update: 7/24/22 I use this pump daily and is STILL going strong.Update: 5/6/21 the pump is still going strong. It didn't seem to need it but I recharged the pump after five 5 gallons of water. The tube goes all the way to the bottom and sucks out every ounce of water. Great purchase.I'm a water connoisseur and I live in a tiny place so, while I was researching water dispensers I ran across the top load water pump. Had no idea they existed. It's as easy as it sounds... charge the pump fully, attach the tubing and the spout, the centerpiece of the five gallon cap pops out so the tube can feed through, down into the bottle. Having the cap on helps the pump be more stable on the top load. I found that out through YouTube reviews. 👌The video: well, I had to hold the cup and phone while recording, but it instantly comes on with one touch and off with another. Some pumps shut off on their own at 16 oz. I like to keep my cup above half full, I haven't tested that yet.I'm not sure on the battery life as I've only been using it 24 hours. I'm in love though, I will probably have to buy another one.I will try to update in a week after I know the duration of battery life. I'm not disappointed in this product! So easy to use and a space saver.

This is my second one. I love that it is rechargeable and it fits perfectly on the 5gl jug. I keep it next to my coffee pot and it sits just above the water reservoir making it very convenient, I can turn it on and walk away... It does take 1 1/2 auto dispense cycles, which I do have to make sure it doesn't over flow. I really wish there was the option for the amount of water dispensed. Also it seems like the amount of water auto dispensed is different depending on the charge it has. I do charge it every few days and it had never died when needed to use, can't say exactly how long battery life is. My last one lasted 17 mth until it no longer would charge.

I've only had the water pump for 2 weeks so we'll have to see how it holds up over time but as for right now, I LOVE it!I have arthritis and fibro so it's hard to maneuver heavy water jugs and a hands pump was out of the question.This lil guy has been a water life saver for me!It was so easy to set up. I charged it overnight and also boiled the plastic hose for a minute or two to help clean it and it was ready to go! I'm on my 3rd 5 gallon jug of water and its working SO GOOD! I'm shocked. I thought it would be a just-ok product, something i could use to get by until i could afford something else but if it continues to work like this, I'd use forever! Already recommended to my friendsFills fast. Some say is really loud... It makes noise but i don't think it's obnoxious about it.Highly recommend!

This was my 3rd pump. The 1st one worked for 2 years then it wouldn't hold a charge any more. The replacement for the 1st one lasted lest than a year.. It was like it would overheat and just quit, even just filling a glass of water.. I'm on my last one now.. and not crazy about how it shuts off by itself when I'm trying to fill a bottle. I will not be buying anymore of this type of water pump again.

This pump works well. The charge was enough to empty 6 or so 3 gallon containers. The pump rate is faster than my refrigerator dispenser, but it does slow as the charge declines (not too much, though). It was easy to set up, and had a partial charge out of the box. One issue I have is that it isn't secured to the water bottle. The bottle nests under the pump, but does not screw or suction on. It is stable on the bottle, just not secured.

Purchased June 2, 2023. At first was pretty good. I used it to fill one gallon jugs from my 3 gallon bottle for easier kitchen storage, about twice a month. I didn't like the fact that it stopped a third of the gallon bottle fill, so I had to keep on top of it and hit the start button twice more to fill each gallon jug. I worked with it and that was not too bad. I would have liked it to run until jug was filled and I would stop it manually. However, the battery began to run down faster and faster since January 2024, and as of yesterday March 10th, the battery ran down after 1 jug was filled, I charged it again, and half way through the third gallon bottle, the battery ran out. I charged it again and the pump would not work, try after try (the red light is on during the charge and goes off after a full charge, when using the pump, the light remains blue until the battery needs a charge, then it goes off and the pump stops). I am very surprised at the battery life considering the fact that I use this pump twice a month to fill 3 one gallon bottles at a clip.
