This product is one of few that contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG) which is alleged to be highly effective at maintaining gut balance. This is my go-to for supplementing a strong antibiotic regimen, and I feel great. LGG is different from other probiotic strains found in yogurt, kimchi, and kefir. I plan to continue for a couple of weeks anyway, and will definitely purchase this again.When purchasing, one should reconcile pill count with desired dosage frequency.

This probiotic is great it got rid of my bloating even makes me less hungry! I saw it had inulin in it and researched it and said it helps with bloating and helps regulate weight and blood pressure this def works for me and I highly recommend it it’s the brand my doctors tell my to get too!!!!

If you're here, you're having problems with the back end, so I'm going to be blunt and slightly gross. If you have a problem reading about poop, go on to another review. You've been warned.By the time I got to a good doctor, I had been suffering from runny, watery feces about 5, sometimes 6 days out of 7, for several months. I was having at minimum 3 bowel movements a day, sometimes within 15 to 20 minutes of each other. I was in a lot of pain, toileting made me cry, and I was scared.She recommended Culturelle by name, and I bought it off Amazon before even leaving the parking lot. I took the first pill immediately upon receiving the package and within 48 hours had markedly less pain, and within 4 days, my movements became noticeably more solid. In that way, it did offer immediate relief.Unfortunately nothing in this life is perfect in form and function, so I am suffering far fewer accidents, and can wander further away from my toilet on most days, but I am still suffering a couple days a week. I'm about to buy the extra strength in this brand and see how I do.Of note: I have been using this product for several months, and I have noticed that my diet effects how well it works. You have to find some cruciferous vegetable you can stand the taste of, for this to work at all. These pills contain microbial creatures, and they have to have something to eat, or they can't do their job.Also, if you have known food triggers, something you know is gonna make you run to the can, DON'T eat it. It's still going to trigger a bowel movement, and it's still going to hurt. This supplement is not going to fix your food sensitivities.
