Great product.
This is a very good product. I had to order online because I went to every health food store in my town Ocala, Florida, and nobody carried bulgur wheat anymore, cracked wheat. The one place I found some they didn’t have any in stock and I was gonna have to wait for a truck, but I wanted to make tabouli. So I just bought enough to stock up of this product and it is really good, tasty.

Tastes good
We are so glad we tried bulgur. It tastes good and has a nice texture. My husband thought at first it was rice. Bulgur is healthier than rice. Recommend.

Fiber Rich and Yummy! Cooking Directions
I have fallen in love with bulgur. It is a perfect substitute for rice or potatoes. It works great as a side or as part of the main course and salads. It is definitely too expensive, but I love it so much that I spend the money. There is not any nutritional information on the package or cooking directions. You can easy find both on the Web. Here is how I cook it: - 1 Cup bulgur, 1 1/2 Cup water, A pinch of Kosher salt, A drizzle of olive oil, and a splash of lemon juice (optional) Combine the bulgur with 1 1/2 cups water, salt, a drizzle of oil, and a splash of lemon juice in a saucepan. Bring it to a simmer and then cover and cook it over low heat until tender, about 12 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork. (Adapted from Martha Stewart recipe)
