Arrived on time and in excellent condition. This pillow is very firm. I mean extremely firm but not hard. Having said that it is also very comfortable and cool. My neck aches are gone and I don’t get hot like with other pillows. It was hard for me to remove the pillow from the tote it was in because my arthritis leaves me with very little grip but I did manage to remove the pillow. Don’t let the firmness scare you off. This is a very comfortable and cool pillow. At last I sleep through the night without having to rub my neck or turn my pillow over and over. I truly wake up feeling refreshed. Highly recommend.

Great for my heat at night. I also sleep on my sides...quite comfortably, now. My husband loves his, too. Terrific price.

First off, this is a very flat pillow. If you like pillows with a lot of volume then you should probably look elseware.The memory foam inside it is fine, it works just like most other memory foam items I have used. The gel pad leaves a lot to be desired though. All pillows I have bought in the past have had this cooling gel, and this one is the least effective. I think they just simply skimped on the amount of gel the put in the pad, and so it doesn't keep the pillow very cool.The long and short is: The pillow itself is good, the cooling gel leaves something to be desired.

Doesn’t cool as expected. It’s firm so I’ll keep it, but if you need cooling get another pillow.

The pillows really do feel cold and helps you sleep better. I put out a lot of heat so this pillow is much needed. I do keep a couple on my bed as I will still wake up in the night and it will be warm at that time so I either turn the pillow or swap it and right back asleep.

I thought these pillows would have some quality control since they cost more than others on Amazon but unfortunately, they are probably the same pillows you see for 1/2 the price. Arrived in a zippered bag, so it was not sealed tight, has a strong odor of chemicals that has not gone away, it’s been days. The pillow cover ripped upon gently removing pillow the very first time to wash the cover. Cooling effect is one sided and does not work if pillow cover is on. Quality seems very cheap. Can’t get over the strong odor… feels like I can end up with a nose bleed.

Purchased this pillow in 2022 for hubby's bday. He liked it and has used it since - looks like it needs to be replaced so I m planning on purchasing one for fathers day - he finds it comfortable and it lasted almost 3 years of nightly use so it deserves the 5-star rating.
