I also love that they combine both D3 and K2, since they work best together for bone and heart health, so I don’t have to buy two separate supplements. Another thing I appreciate is that these softgels are made with sunflower seed oil. Since Vitamin D is fat-soluble, the oil helps with absorption. I prefer to take my vitamins in the morning, but I don’t always eat breakfast until early afternoon. It’s nice knowing I can take this first thing in the morning without worrying about whether I’ve had food yet. The bottle comes with 300 softgels, which is a generous supply and makes it a great value for the price. There’s no strong aftertaste, and I haven’t noticed any stomach upset when taking them. If I had to mention a downside, it’s that the label print is a little small. I wish the dosage instructions stood out more clearly. These contain both ingredients and I love these because they pack 5,000mg into quite a small capsule, which is great when you're taking multiple supplements, and they're a gel cap, so they go down easy as well.
