Terrible Product.Had these knives for a couple of weeks. Whilst cutting some cheese, one knife snapped completely in half.Knives are also rusting already. These don't seem to be genuine Sabatier Knives. I contacted Sabatier and they have told me that they are getting a lot of complaints but these knives are counterfeit. We bought this set knowing the fine reputation of this company name. First impressions were very good. Apparent high quality materials and finish - just what we expected. Three months later, we are not so impressed. Despite following the product cleaning and care guide, we now find that three of the five knives are developing rust stains on the blade. Not what you expect from quality stainless steel. The stain comes off with a scouring pad, but that's not the point.
