Efficient water conserver & aesthetically pleasing
I liked everything about this faucet, especially, since it turns off automatically after a few seconds, it is good for water conservation, while it look aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I would've given it a 5, if it wasn't for the lack of safety valve hose coupling. To use this faucet you must be able to solder a coupler to the end of its copper hot & cold water pipes & that is not easy. My plumber liked it, but he said he didn't have the special solder iron & the coupling & recommended to get another type that is ready to install, so I returned it & purchased another that was much easier to install.

Incomplete product
I can’t believe it doesn’t come with any connection for hose or shut off valve

Does not last
Installed this faucet last July in a commercial bathroom. It has been nothing but problems. It was constantly sticking with the water running all the time. And then something happened inside the cartridge and flooded the bathroom. Not a very impressive product! Customer wasn't happy with me! Took it out and junked it!

Good for commercial use
Bought two, one went in quick and easy, second required timing adjustment.

Keep spares
Looked great, but whatever they used during assembly caused buildup on the cartridge which forced us to rebuild the unit in order for it to work sort of. Swapped it out with the second unit I ordered.

Flaring tool needed for copper line
Need flaring tool, does not have hose lines. They do not put that in description.

Worked less than a year
Faucet runs constantly and will not shut off. It was installed in May 2022, and is no longer working in Feb. 2023 after light residential use for less than a year. The help desk says there may be build-up in the cartridge, try disassembling it and soak it in vinegar. Oh, and be sure to put it back together the right way. No other faucet in the house has had such a problem in the decades that we have lived here. I am not a plumber and am not sure I want to pay for multiple plumber trips to try and fix this expensive unit; it would be throwing good money after bad. I think it will be cheaper and less down time to replace the faucet with something from another company. Symmons is such a disappointment.
