ONE YEAR LATER - DO NOT RECOMMEND
ONE YEAR (and a bit) LATER - DISAPPOINTMENT AND ANNOYANCE ==================================================== DO NOT BUY - YOU ARE BUYING EXPENSIVE MARKETING NOT A QUALITY, COMFORTABLE PILLOW THAT LASTS A REASONABLE TIME! When I first got this it was such a massive upgrade on my old pillow that I did feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. It was far, far softer than I expected or am used to, but it briefly felt like a cloud because of how poor my previous pillow had become. That "cloud" feeling did not last. Despite having ALL of the filling in it started to feel softer and softer and my head sank deeper into it. Very quickly it became very uncomfortable. OK, I expect ALL pillows will get worse over time, but not so rapidly. I should have replaced it after a couple of months, but in my head: "I've spent so much on it, I can't just throw that much money in the bin". Stupid, I know, but I put up with it for far longer than I should have because I'd spent £85 on it. Now, just over a year later I HAVE to get rid of it. I wake every morning with excruciating neck pain and headaches. I think I would still be annoyed and disappointed if this had only cost £30. I will NEVER spend this much on a pillow again and I will never buy from a brand that doesn't have at least a 2 year guarantee. The quality of the materials ARE very good and it FEELS like a luxury pillow to touch, but the support level is woeful - and support is ALL that truly matters for a pillow. It's basically just a slightly padded sack of foam cubes. If it had a solid pad of firmer foam too maybe that would help. It also doesn't keep me cool like it promised. I expect such an expensive pillow to be good for at least a few years. I'll now stick to cheaper ones and won't feel so aggrieved at having to replace them. I'll also note, when I bought mine there were no firmness options, that is something that has been updated on the product page. I believe I may have a "medium" (which feels more like "super soft"). BOTTOM LINE: - MUCH softer than expected - WAY overpriced for the quality of support - Doesn't keep you cool as claimed - Quickly caused discomfort which worsened to excruciating neck pain and headaches every morning - Don't be fooled by the nice materials, they mean nothing if it doesn't do its job as a pillow - If it wasn't clear: I WHOLE HEARTEDLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Expensive, Uncomfortable, and Useless – Poor Customer Service
I’ve been using this pillow on and off for several months, alternating with my cheaper memory foam pillow, and I can confidently say this was a huge mistake. Every time I sleep on it, I wake up with neck pain and stiffness. For the price, I expected way better support and comfort, but it just doesn’t deliver. Meanwhile, my £20 memory foam pillow does a much better job—no pain, no discomfort, just a good night's sleep. To make things worse, I even contacted customer service, hoping for some kind of solution, but they were completely unhelpful. At this point, I think I’m just going to throw this one away because it’s not worth the hassle. Definitely not worth the money!

Pathetic Quality for a Premium Price
A genuinely terrible pillow. I don’t know where they get their high price tag from, because honestly this is a shocking pillow. First of all, for £109 you’d expect premium quality, packaging and unboxing experience. Not the case. The pillow came in a plastic delivery bag, and a cheap fabric carrying bag. Opening the carrier, I see the pillow, the actual pillow case feels not too bad, but some frayed stitching and poor zipper quality. The “Nanocube Technology” are genuinely just small cu es of foam, I don’t see anything revolutionary here. Anyway, adjusting the pillow’s firmness by inserting/removing the foam cubes made almost no difference. I used all of the excess cubes and still couldn’t get the pillow to my likeness. After a few night’s sleep with this thing, I adjusted it further, removing the cubes and using it in combination with my other pillows. I can hand on heart say I’ve never slept more terribly. What really irks me is the price point of this pillow does not match the quality, not by a long shot. I know some people just can’t get along with pillows, and they have to try several before they find the ones they like. I understand that some pillows just aren’t for everyone, but honestly, the quality vs price spent is just not even in the same realm. A genuinely terrible pillow. I bought another pillow at half the price that acted identically to this pillow, so I then opted to buy a proper bamboo pillow and you know what? It was roughly a third of this pillow’s price - FOR A TWO PACK. Now, sure, it might not last me as long as a more “premium” pillow, but the comfort and sleep patterns I’ll receive will outrun this pillow by light years. Genuinely, don’t waste your time, money or effort for this overpriced garbage. If I could leave less than one star rating, I would.

Impossible to buy a pillowcase - so a waste of money.
The pillow is great and comfortable. Unfortunately, without emptying most of the filling, it is impossible to find a UK pillowcase to fit it. So it isn't actually usable as a pillow. It's a brilliant product with a single fatal design flaw. After trying for a few months, I've given up and written the (high) cost as a great idea but 100% a waste of money.

Arrived three quarters empty - extremely soft pillow
Was excited to receive this and was looking forward to it's cooling technology and adjustable height etc. but what I received can be described in no other way other than a three quarter empty sack. The pillow came in a branded box and then inside an open clear plastic bag and that was it - the pillow itself looked less than a quarter with these blue foam cubes - the pillow was like laying your head on a sack filled with some small foam bits inside and provided absolutely no support at all. Not sure if this is how the pillow is meant to be - if this is the case then it's an extortionate waste of money, or if the pillow had been returned by someone else and they had taken out most of the cubes to use in another pillow - if this is the case then surely Amazon shouldn't be sending out half used, faulty and sub par products - either way I would keep your money, sorry to say that this pillow is not worth it at all. One bright light in this whole experience is that I did return the product and got my full refund asap from Amazon.

Utter disappointment
Hearing all the rave reviews and keen for a better nights sleep I took a chance and ordered the pillow. Well I can’t say it’s paid off. I’ve adjusted the pillow several times over the last few months, taking the cubes out and putting them back in, to try to find a comfortable result. Unfortunately it’s all just turned out to be a complete waste of money. Regardless of how many cubes are in or out, it’s just not comfortable. And when I turn to sleep on my side it actually gives me some neck pain. Deeply regret buying, it’s massively overrated and my old £30 pillows were way more comfy so have gone back to them.

you pay for the name
Fifty years ago I sat with my grandma cutting up foam to make cushions and bed pillows, she used to acquire large squares of foam and pillow cases and for an hour or so we would sit with a pair of scissors and cut the foam into small pieces stuff the pillow cases with the foam chips and sew them shut, the comfort difference between those home made and these was no different, the price even by todays equivalent is off the wall, as for the claims that these pillows are cooler, I personally found zero difference, but when you sell a bed pillow at such an incredible price I suppose you have to write lots of amazing things about it, and I don't know if this is what the makers just "claim" or if there is scientific data to back it up, but I would like to make my own and see if they came to the same conclusion, if I were to give myself advise it would be, buy any pillow with shredded foam put in a panel of mesh add a zip to enable the user to add remove the stuffing to desired comfort and have a perfect replica for a fraction of the cost. I absolutely believe that the term confidence trickster was rebranded as marketing executive. 😔 Disappointed ? mostly at myself!.

EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED
I've been sleeping on this pillow for a good three weeks and quite honestly I find it very uncomfortable. It's heavy, can't tell which is the cool side, goes flat where you lay your head and have woken up with neck ache several times. I think for a bag of cut up sponges it's extortionately over priced.Have gone back to to my old pillow that cost a tenth of the price and is much more comfortable. Such a shame I really wanted yo like it but I don't. Total waste of money, now I'm stuck with something I can't return. Not happy
