Fantastic product but awful customer service
I use this product for my itchy horse . I’ve tried everything and this is the best on the market .I have used it for a couple of years, usually buy from other sources .However like other customers reviews I too have paid for 1 litre and only got 500ml . The supplier says they will resolve this but doesn’t,Amazon you need to get this sorted with Alva as it’s a complete rip -off by Alva and is very unfair paying £10 extra per bottle for the big size to get the small 500ml instead . Alva know this is happening!

easy application
this product seemed to have little effect on my pony's sweetitch, kept the skin nice and soft, smelt nice and easy to apply, but she still scratched

First time using this product brilliant it's a shame cannot get any more.

Order and paid for 1L but received 500ml
The product is great ive been using it all year with no issues so it works.However my 3rd order arrived today and i paid for 1ltr but only received 500ml.I'm very disappointed with the customer service as i only received half my order.

Reduces itching and rubbing
Love this product. Pony has stopped itching and rubbing and hair has started to re-grow. Smells good and acts as a coat conditioner with continued use.

You do not receive what you pay for you get 500ml instead of a 1 litre bottle so not good value
I love this product but disappointed in price as sent the smaller bottle instead of getting the advertised 1 litre
