Great purchase!
Did a hiking trip on the North Ireland coast and these came in very handy. Easily fit in our backpacks for when we needed them and super easy to put on and take off. Sturdy, but not hot and kept us dry during moderate to heavy. Also, they fit over our backpacks to kept those dry as well. Best purchase ever!

Worked great for a trip to the rainforest.
Worked great for a trip to the rainforest. Very lightweight, high quality and because it’s loose, it breaths a little. Best poncho I have ever had. Will keep it a long time and it actually feels like it will last.

Raincoat
This raincoat is perfect for rainy weather whether it is hot or cold outside. It will easily fit anyone and has a hood that blocks out all rain. There are buttons on each side so you can pull it apart and store it in a wonderful travel sized bag. The color pops and makes it easy for cars, people, or anyone to notice. It’s a great price for the quality but can get hot if it’s the summer.

Best poncho available
This poncho got me through a tropical storm at a music festival--comfortably. It's softer than your typical gas station poncho, which makes it less unwieldy. I also like that it has a lot of buttons, making it easy to open it or close it as needed. We all know how hot these things can be, but this one allows you to open it up to ventilation when it's not pouring down rain while still staying dry.

Perfect, pop up protection
Great for travel! These definitely do the job. Kept me dry my entire vacation. Easy to dry out and fold for storage. Great quality.

The best of several I tried!
Great poncho - feels super light, but keeps me dry. LOVE that is has a generously deep hood - I have a big head (lol!) and my hair stays dry even if I'm wearing a pony tail. Got the charcoal color, because no matter what anyone says, a rain poncho is never stylish, and I just want to look low key. Best thing of all...NO creepy chemical smell on this poncho - even straight out of the packaging.

Quite literally almost killed me...
Not 100% a product fault...First thing first: this is not a slip-over hoodie style poncho. It's got plastic snaps along both sides and they're not super secure. That being said, I was on a three day motorcycle ride on 9/11/24. My buddy and I were on day two when we got caught in an Oregon coast fall storm. The forecast had called for the possibility of showers so I had this poncho with me, just in case. We called our trip early and started heading home. Due to the heavy rain, I was wearing my poncho. At one point, I passed a dump truck heading the opposite direction. The blast of wind from the truck caused the snaps on the poncho to open and then blew the hem up so that it completely covered my visor, rendering me effectively blind. Before I was able to stop safely, I drifted into the oncoming lane of traffic and was struck by a pickup that was unable to avoid me.I'm lucky to be alive, but my bike was totalled and my right tibia and knee were broken, requiring major surgery and a lengthy recovery (8 months and counting.)The failure of those snaps isn't really a fault of the poncho, more a limitation. It's Frogg Togg so quality is excellent, but the light weight plastic snaps failed pretty easily, with disastrous results (for me.) If it's used for light activity, I'm sure that it will serve your needs, but don't try to wear it while doing anything too strenuous. Those weak plastic snaps are whet prevent me from rating it higher than three stars.

Best lightweight rain jacket I've ever owned.
These work excellent. Lightweight, can fold down to a small package. Multiple button locations make it a "snap" to take on and off as well as customize to you.I was attending a football game in an outdoor arena and had brought this just in case. It started raining in the 1st quarter and lasted throughout the game. I was completely dry at the end of the game. Best lightweight rain jacket I've ever owned.
