Tap looks and feels good. However once installed it began to drip about an hour afterwards - very disappointing. Had to contact Amazon to get a replacement. A real pain, I now have to get a plumber AGAIN to remove this dripping one and fit the new tap at my own expense.

I bought this tap to go with my Pozzani IX600 No10 Kitchen water filter.This tap is designed to replace any of those cheap taps that filter water next to your sink

It is great quality but it is not been fitted yet so have not tested how it works yet.

I ordered this filtered water faucet as it matched my main water faucet in the kitchen. It was very easy to install with quick connects. A nice touch is that the quick connect adapters come with a locking clip so you can't accidentally release the tubing. I have used many quick connect adapters in the past and this is the first one which cam with those safety clips!Once installed it looked great and seemed to function well. However, i noticed that it was slightly dripping when fully closed. As there can be air trapped in the tubings during installation I did let the water run for a long time to be sure there was not air trapped. But it was still leaking slightly. I suspected a defective cartridge.I contacted the seller by email and explained the problem with pictures. Francis replied to me suggesting to first check for air trapped. I confirmed that I had already checked that. He then said he was sending me a replacement unit. I was expecting to receive a new valve but he actually sent me a complete brand new unit!I received it quickly and installed it. Again I did let water run long enough to remove any air trap and I checked: no dripping anymore, problem solved!I am quite impressed by the customer receive this company provides. I did not have to argue , the process was easy and very friendly.I gave 5 stars as, after replacement, the product works perfectly. It looks quite good and, next to an expensive main water faucet, this little relatively inexpensive filtered water faucet looks like the little brother with no difference in visible quality! I am very happy with my choice of this unit!

Was impressed with the faucet when we first received it. It felt solid, looked good, and was a good match for our regular faucet, it almost looked like a matched set. Installation was easy and the faucet has functioned well since we bought it. We are in Socal and the water quality is not the best so there have been mineral deposits that have formed. We try to stay on top of removing the build up but it is a losing battle.I reached out to customer support to ask if they had instructions on how to take off the handle so I could clean off the mineral deposits. I was disappointed when they told me that it was a one piece unit and that the handle could not be removed. I was then amazed when they said they would replace the unit, even though we had it for 5 years. Talk about awesome customer service!I have installed a similar set up at my mother's place and we both are very happy with the items.Great quality, great looks and great customer service!

Me cambiaron el abasto de agua en el municipio y el agua empezó a llegarme muy salobre, de tal manera que el filtro que tenía (era un coreano que no recuerdo la marca, bueno) ya no le quitaba los sólidos disueltos y sales de manera efectiva (lo mido con unos aparatos de pH y conductividad que compré aquí en Amazon). Así que instalé un filtro de ósmosis inversa debajo de mi tarja de cocina. Ese filtro traía por el precio una llave horrorosa de dos pesos, a mi esposa (ni a mi) no nos gustó. Así que busqué otra opción y ésta tiene buena calidad y relación costo/beneficio. Es igual, se instala en la cocina y por ella ahora me surto del agua potable del filtro de ósmosis. El acabado es opaco, bruñido, el diseño es funcional y muy práctico.

Compré este grifo para sustituir el que ya tenía y que venía incorporado con el equipo de ósmosis. La calidad de este es infinitamente superior, ya que el que viene en el equipo era prácticamente de plástico. La construcción es impecable y se nota a la primera. se instala sin problema y valen los mismos tubos y roscas que con el otro. Por ponerle una pega, no viene un pequeño plano para saber en que orden colocar todas las juntas, arandelas y tuercas. Yo tomé como referencia las del otro grifo, pero si lo pones por primera vez, puede ser un poco lioso. En cualquier caso lo recomiendo por completo
