The Fighting Dragon Katana from Shinwa is an exceptional masterpiece from its exquisitely hand-forged blade to its intricately decorated cast metal pommel. It has a razor-sharp, beautifully golden hued, 28 1/4" 1045 carbon steel blade that leads to a deep black brass habaki. The sturdy wooden handle is wrapped in black faux rayskin and then wrapped in black cord in the traditional style. The sword had a square-shaped tsuba with intricate dragon artwork and it is crafted of gold metal alloy with black details. The 39 1/2" overall katana slides, just like a glove, into a black lacquered wooden sheath with a black cord wrap accent.
