NOT Polycom brand and not compatible with 350
Upon arrival, I could tell immediately that this product appeared to be used. It is not Polycom as stated, clearly states RadioShack on the item. It did not work with the Polycom VVX 350 as stated in the product title. Plugged in but would not power the phone.
