The 9v clip in my house door electronic lock became brittle and broke into pieces when I went to change the battery. These replacements are very simple. Clip the wires on the old clip, strip the wires, braid them back together and wrap in electrical tape. The whole replacement took about 5 minutes and the locks work again. This pack is ideal as I am sure it will happen again, and the fact that I have 3 doors with electronic locks means I will need a supply. Great product for the price and definitely cheaper than buying new locksets. Would recommend to family & friends.

All 9-volt connectors I have looked for are extremely thin and fragile. I've looked at maybe 20 different connectors and these are the only ones that are acceptable thickness. I bought another pair before, and they kept breaking due to how thin they were, and wherever else I looked, they tend to also be about as thin, somehow. These were the only ones I can find that weren't fragile.I would say these wires are 24 AWG (gauge) wires. This is by comparing with my wire strippers and looking side-by-side with a 22 AWG length of wire that I happen to have. I've seen other reviews say around 22 or 18 AWG. It's definitely smaller than that, at probably 24, MAYBE 26 AWG, but certainly better than anything else I've found.

Strurdy! I bought these to replace the connector on the American Standard Touchless Activate toilet flush battery pa k. The one that the toilet came with was inferior. It was weak, cheap flimsy body with short wire and the vinyl body was hollow and ripped when disconnecting to change batteries. We bought this multi page k connector, used two wire nuts to connect to the wires on the toilet and problem solved. The body on these TS solid and sturdy with ample wire to make the connection.

Forgot to remove battery on an expensive electronic tool. Wire to battery were in poor condition, simple snip and replaced with new 9v connector saved me $900.

The build quality of the 9v battery pig tail seems to be quite good. At first the thick plastic of the connector was going to be a great feature. The pig tail was spliced into the wires to replace the broken flat connector. Unfortunately, the thickness of the new connector would not allow the battery to be reinstalled into device. The cover would not go on.Since many of the devices I have seem to have a confined battery compartment, I would advise others to check carefully if this particular 9v battery connector will work.
