1 out of 3 not good
Bought 3 of these for my son's. 2 have tested good. But 1 is trash. When I opened it's box. The instructions were all crinkled up and the Twisties holding it in package had been redone. The prongs on the battery connector were bent. Tried to straighten them and got the battery to go in. But no power. I tried all the batteries from the other 2 cars and still no power. The other 2 cars work with every battery. So I got 1 defective car that seems to had been used before. I bought 3 to give to my son's on Super Bowl Sunday, February 12th. Now I'm short 1. One of the other cars might have been opened before too. But there doesn't seem to be any problems with it.Something told me to test them before giving as gifts. That's the waymost products are these days. Quality control has gone down for years. As with a lot of customer service.UPDATE UPDATE - I contacted the company and they responded quickly. They just asked for purchase information and sent me a new RC truck. This new one runs great and I know my son's will enjoy. The defective one wasn't the sellers fault. But they fully took care of me as a customer. And we have 3 of these trucks running excellent. Anyone who buys these will get a bargain for their money. Grass - gravel - dirt - even up a 4 foot plastic sliding board. They GO ! Not just with the product. But the customer support and service goes the the distance if needed too. Buy more than one and have fun with friends and family.Thank you,NQDAnd NO, I did NOT get paid for this review.I got a good product and great service.

Great remote car for kids of ALL AGES!
After my neighbor showed off his $600+ remote control truck, I saw the eyes of a 6 year neighbor go wild. He had a great time driving that thing around, until he heard what it cost. The look on his face was priceless, and sad. Having owned a few remote control cars and trucks over the years, I decided to get a couple and surprise him.I bought two of these trucks. Not only do they come with two long lasting batteries, they are robust little things. Granted, they aren't fast (which is a good thing). This prevents you from really destroying it on your first trip around the driveway. I charged up mine and played with it for a couple of days before giving the other one to my neighbor. We had a slight problem with that car, but they replaced it without question and didn't even want the old one back. We've been running the trucks up and down the sidewalk and through the concrete ditch, running and climbing over anything we can find. Oh... did I mention how much fun it was chasing the cats around inside the house? Trust me, it was pure pleasure! And they did seem to enjoy it (probably not as much as I did ... hehehe). The neighbor kid built a ramp and sends his flying. These are durable little toys and a lot of fun for anyone stuck at home during this crisis. He might be only 6 years old, but this 58 year old is having just as much fun with it! I'd buy another one in a heartbeat! Keep the 2nd battery on the charger and be ready to go with the first one dies. They are rated for 45 minutes, but I went an hour easy the first go around. The remote uses 2 AA batteries, but I've yet to wear those down.In conclusion, I've never had this much fun after spending only a little over $40 for each one. The look on the neighbor's face is pure joy (and his dad likes playing with it too!). I highly recommend these and have already told others about them. My other remote toys are sitting in a box. This one sits in my living room ready for Mr. Blue Sky and perfect weather (when I'm not chasing the cats with it)!

Great but you need to understand some things first before purchase...
This is a beginners rock crawler...if you don't know what that is google it. It's too slow to do (crash and bash) jumps, yet not slow enough to really rock crawl intricate lines. ALSO it only has one speed. BUT the angles this can climb is crazy! It will climb a 90 degree angle, and go over a curb like it's flat. The torque tho..well it sucks pretty bad and the tires are not very soft. so traction is a issue also. Plus the steering will not return back to a straight line on its own. Also the angle it turns at is pretty bad also, its mayybe a 22 degree angle.WITH ALL THAT SAID....I own MULTIPLE $300+ RC cars. so I'm comparing apples to oranges. This is a awesome beginner's rock crawler. A young kid could probably understand it and learn to crawl or ride trails in no time. (My 8 year old kid did). It also seems pretty durable, because it's taken some falls and nothing broke yet, even tho its 99% plastic. At the $25 I paid, it is worth every penny.

Great for hatching eggs
If you play PokemonGo, you'll know what I'm talking about here... Walking is tiring and sometimes just not fun. So, I sought a way to actually enjoy movement (although, less movement on my part) and hatch my eggs quicker in the game. For the record, I walk a ton at work, but can't have my phone on me at all, so once I'm home I don't really want to walk more for a game... Anyway, into my life comes this little RC vehicle. It seems very durable, and definitely good with off road stuff. I drove it over gravel, dirt, and grass, as well as pavement. It only flipped when it was trying to go uphill and it hit a rock the wrong way. It did fine going up a grassy hill. It also moves rather quickly! The battery is easy to charge and hookup, although the screw to open the bottom is super tiny and super difficult to get out and back in. It took me some getting used to for the controls (especially since, with my phone mounted on top of this thing, the weight balance is off and it tends to try to go in circles) but I figured it out, and have been enjoying playing with it in my yard. My neighbors probably think I'm weird, but that's none of their business. All that matters is I'm hatching my little eggs.
