My sister had the original plastic cardbook toy growing up and (of course) lost all of the cards. Unlike Sakura, she couldn’t find them all, which she has voiced her disappointment about in recent years. This was the closest product I could find online to the original item.Moving to the quality aspect of this product, I like the cards. I wish they were laminated (like the actual toy cardbook) or had some kind of protective coating but they are true to the original art of the cards (much to my sister’s excitement). We’re hoping that they may fit in the original plastic cardbook toy that she has (I will update my review to report whether or not they do).The book itself is also a hard paper with no laminate or protective coating. The clasp part is metal and cloth, which is a nice touch. The lack of a coating on the book and cards makes this more suitable for nostalgia gift than for a young child I feel.My only real disappointment was that my book did arrive damaged at the corners of the spine of the book in the front. Each had small dents as if each corner had hit something. Given the price and wait for the item, I am not pleased with the damage. I am hopeful that the cards fit in her original cardbook so that I don’t have to work to get a better quality book.I have also ordered the pink version for my other sister. I sincerely hope that I don’t see a similar quality issue in hers.

FIRST OFF: This item does NOT take months to ship. I ordered it LAST week and it just got here today. I really enjoy the fact that the book is very sturdy, it has an almost matte finish, with a magnetic fabric lock! It’s such a beautiful piece! Watching the show when I was a little kid, I printed out the cards and thought they were so cool, but here I am, 30 years old, and finally own my own Clow Book! Highly recommend this!

So worth getting really glad I choose to go with this production company that makes these products. Looks like or better than the ones in the animation series.

I got mine today. I would have received them yesterday but I wasn’t home to sign for them. I’m so glad they came earlier than I thought I was gonna get them. The quality is great!!! The cards and books (I ordered the Clow and the Sakura cards) look just like the descriptions. I have wanted my own sets for decades and these sets are well worth the price. I am completely pleased with my purchases. If this seller decides to make a set of the Clear Cards I will definitely be purchasing a set.

Straight to it this product is great. Loved the show from my childhood and have only seen a replica once when I was younger so happy to be able to get this. Product did take some time but not as long as it said. Those who want this as a collector item and want perfection be warned: only flaw in this entire thing is that the back corner of the book and is damaged. The box that it came in is fine and was even double bubble wrapped so my only guess is that this had to have happened pre-shipment. Still debating on if it’s worth the return and wait for another for a 50/50 on getting a better version or worse damage.

Overall, the product is pretty good quality. Definitely not an immaculate replica but better than the other ones that I found on the internet. The illustrations on the cards are very clear and the card and "book" itself has a soft feel. Both are very thick too so it won't easily get bent, which is great. However, the outside corners of the "book" box did come a little damaged, as some other customers have mentioned. And there are some scuffs around the book. It doesn't bother me too much though. I think the small little keychain is a cute touch though (this however, not so great quality).

I got both books and i love them! They are so great! Very good Quality!! It says is not an official merch, so the art changes a little bit with the original, but really hard to notice unless you compare them intentionally. The 2 mirror cards is a really nice detail there, love it, beautiful art and as a card captor fan, I'm completely happy with it!

Love how strong the magnet on the outside of the book is, arrived in a box with bubble wrap, nicely packed. The box itself had plastic wrap, as did the cards. Small bump on the bottom left of the box but likely happened in transit, cards are firm and the art is beautiful as is the box art. Arrived much earlier then expected, ordered August 23, arrived August 29.
