I just purchased my fourth bottle of this, so I think I can accurately review the product by now.I had issues with other sorts of lactase enzymes like this that were in tablet form, because they seemed to give me really bad stomach aches. This softgel has actually been the best thing I have tried yet for my dairy sensitivity. They are not too big and are easy to swallow.The only frustrating part is how sharp the incremental increase in pricing has been. I am not sure what I will do if it increases further, because this fourth bottle was twice as expensive as my first.But for now, I am very glad to have this so that I can enjoy some of my very favorite foods without dealing with really bad gastrointestinal distress. These work great! They are similar to the CVS store brand gelcap that I like but can never find. These are easy to swallow and dont have a chalky tasty. Ive tried them with pizza, ice cream and a cream sauce with success! I like the size of the bottle and the price. I had no stomach or digestive upset with these. Super pleased with these. No more hunting at my local store for their version

I have used lactaid brand and it works okay. I am nearly through the bottle of these and they work okay too but for better value. For me and my family, we still have some symptoms of lactose intolerance, but they are manageable compared to going without. I can finally enjoy a chocolate shake with my french fries again. As long as I don't forget to take it. You really need to take it right as you start consuming dairy, taking it late will allow digestive problems to get ahead of the pills and then it won't help much.

They are the first gel capsules I've used and didn't even realize they were until I took one out of the bottle. Then I actually read the bottle and saw soft gels. They seem to work just as good as the lactaid stuff I've been taking for years . At time of purchase they were the best value for the money, especially with being soft gels.

I have been using lactaid/lactase pills for more than 10 years. I decided to try these. They claim 9000 FCC. All I know is when I use these they absolutely do not work as well as the other pills I have used. I gave these a good try. I tried to use these over a year and they just don't work as well as the others.I dont have a reaction as if I never used them after eating a bowl of ice cream for example, but I definitely get a mild enough reaction for me to notice. I never get a reaction from the other main company's product.This company's product just isn't strong enough.

SO MUCH BETTER THAN LACTAID! I tested it and let's just say I DIED! Will never change what I take because this is amazing.

I love ice cream but am lactose intolerant. These gel caps are as strong as the strongest Lactaid pills at a fraction of the price. I haven’t had a stomach ache since I started taking them before I eat any dairy. They are made in India which didn’t thrill me as an American consumer.
