These bands will do what they're meant for, helping wuth development of extensors in the forearm, but they aren't designed in a way that feels quite right. While the finger placement in the band makes sense, the shafts for each finger are parallel to one another, which places unnecessary strain against the joints, and against specific points in tendons of the fingers. Something that may help is if this product was designed to fit the likeness of a resting hand, where the fingertips would be pointed inwards, rather than pointing perfectly straight forward.

Great for training flexation strength & defining the forearm.

Bought these because my physical therapy place uses something similar. But the material these are made of is not stretchy enough, so I find them unusable.

Is there anything lighter? I bought these because I knew I was weak....I didn’t realize I was this weak. I can’t do the lowest resistant band.

These things are TINY. I have average-ish size hands (glove size L). I can barely jam the tips of my fingers into the loops, and they seem to be made for a child's hand. They fit my 9 year old pretty well, but unfortunately that doesn't do much to help me.They seem decently made if you have very small hands with slender fingers.

I've had this product for under 2 weeks and 2 of these have failed like this.I've attempted, a few times, to contact this companies support and everytime I submit a ticket I get a happy little."Something went wrong!" Notification and the ticket can't be submitted.Not great, not good, unsatisfied.
