Q: When product arrived book stated it only holds 50 lbs. koala said they don't make a product that holds over 50 lbls. is the 200 lbs not legitimate?

The User Instructions that are on the label on the KB200-11 (when you open the device you will see the instructions) clearly state the maximum recommended total weight is 50 pounds. The Installation and Operation Instruction Manual on Page 1 states the maximum is 60 pounds. I called the company, Koala Kare, and asked them what the capacity is and they said 50 pounds. I don't know where Amazon came up with the 200 pound figure but it is not correct. Bruce C

Don't remember but it was big. Probably 5 ft by close to 3 feet and around 9-10 inches wide.

Q: Our church has cinder block walls. Will this install safely?

You need cinder block wall lags. The lags and screws come as a kit and can be purchased at any hardware store. Yes this Baby changing station installs easily.
