I got this and set it up immediately when I had my baby. It’s perfect. I can always clearly see him. Also helpful when reaching snacks out back to see where they’re going lol. It’s great to see if he’s fallen asleep or not. Would be a great baby shower gift to any new parent. Also has night vision. Super easy to set up. Plug into the cigarette lighter and string the other one out back to strap on the headrest. That’s it.

Used for 4 years, works amazing! The cord is really long fitting any vehicle you may need it to, the quality of the picture it awesome, couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Super useful, plugs into my Bluetooth adapter in the cigarette lighter part of the car, quality is great and has a night vision mode as well, no hard wire easy to set up

For the cost, it’s great. There are no fancy functions, programming, features or anything other than “turn it on, it works”.If you’re looking for temperature readings, zoom, split screen, etc.. this is not the one. The flip up screen mechanism works surprisingly well, though it feels a bit delicate. I’m always gentle when closing/opening it.NOTE: Pushing the button to make the screen flip up does NOT “turn on” the display. If the red power button is on (on the 12v plug), than the screen is always on, even if flipped closed. Make sure to turn it off and I would recommend unplugging it before getting out of your car. Don’t risk the ghost drain (if any) or overheating while left on in a hot car.The picture quality is nothing to write home about. It’s a bit too fish eyed for my tastes but I can see our baby clearly enough. Low light resolution suffers a bit. Before the IR kicks on, when it’s not quite dark enough (like in a parking garage during the day) it gets a little blurry.All those things don’t bother me so much considering the price. I think this is a great solution for those who are smart spenders.The only thing that bugs me is the length of the power plug. It’s long enough to sit on your dash and plug into most vehicles front 12v port (cigarette lighter) but if you want to run it to the port in your console, the length becomes an issue. I don’t like loose cables dangling in my car, so I’ll be rewiring extensions so I can tuck the cables under the dash and down around the door then under the driver seat and up into the console. The camera cable is longer and can run down the front of the dash and to the back seat, but again, not long enough to tuck and hide the wires along the side.. so, minor annoyance for me but may be a deal breaker for some.Otherwise, it works, and it’s cheap.

I love this. Installation is very easy! It’s easy to use, clear display, color works great! I have used this now with both of my kids and would be a great gift for someone with a baby on the way. Would also be great for a registry.

Overall, the camera does exactly what it needs to do and it was easy to set up. I also like the video quality, ( (even in night mode) and the size of the viewing screen. It fits perfectly in the center cubby that I have it in. However, I took away 2 stars because the housing for the viewing screen broke a couple of months after I purchased it. If you plan to leave the screen open at all times, you should be fine, but if you plan to close it each time you get out of your vehicle, beware. The pins will only hold so long. Hope this helps!

I love this, I was concerned about the quality due to the cheap price but we have had it now for 7 months and its done GREAT! A few times I've had to disconnect the cords and reconnect for a connection (not a big deal at all) but other than that... its done great! It allows me to accurately record sleeps and to see what's going on with baby.. 100% worth it and buying one for a friend too!

Purchased this camera in May. All was working well until the end piece broke off and now we're unable to use it or even find the metal piece. I don't see where I can contact the seller directly. So as for durability, probably 2 stars. Otherwise works pretty well.. I'm unable to place it on the dash because of the angle it has a funny glare to it and you can't see baby in the back.
