mophie PowerStation Keychain - Mini Portable Battery with Carabiner (1,200mAh) - Black (401102519)

This ONLY works with USB type c devices. It does NOT have a standard type A USB port. When I first got it, the charger showed that the battery was full when I plugged it in. So, later on I tried to use it to charge my phone. Every time I plugged it into my phone it would say that my phone has water inside of it. Later on I tried it on a few other devices and they wouldn't charge. I tried charging it again and this time it said the battery was low.When you first get it make sure to charge the battery even if the LEDs say that the battery is fully charged. Otherwise it's been a perfectly fine portable charger for my phone and headphones.

Do not buy this piece of junk. First the box came as if it was already open so I think I was given a darn return. When you plug it in it instantly says my port detects moisture. Doesn't charge anything. Complete junk

I put this on my keys today since at the end of a long work day my phone can get very low. dropping this extra power in takes up no space in my pockets since my keys hang off my belt. I can pull it off easily but it doesn't just fall off on it's own at all. Well made, I am very happy with this for that little extra juice when you need it.

It's tiny, and the keychain release seems well designed and robust for regular use.Throughout the course of the day at work, I make use of several small gadgets that could do with an emergency power supply nearby. For that it's great even as delivered. My issue comes when trying to charge anything that will draw more than a couple watts.When I received the battery and plugged it in, it was completely drained meaning the internal cell was sitting at a voltage low enough to cause damage. This is evident in my testing, though it's improved very slightly after a few cycles. Plugged in it takes right around 1A while charging but when supplying power- even when full, voltage sags below 4v and after more than a second or two of 1a draw it cuts out and restarts.With lower power devices I've had no problems; my penlight, screwdriver, vape, and action camera all charge as normal and are almost filled if left connected.Delivered for under $10, it's worth it in it's current state to me. I may see about taking it apart and installing a cell from a small RC vehicle capable of higher output.Hopefully I just got one that's been sitting, but if it's totally dead on arrival (lights flash like crazy when plugged in, no response before plugging) and you're not willing to deal with what I've mentioned, maybe swap it out!

I used to have the Mophie wallet charger until the battery finally stopped taking a charge. When I saw this charger I really liked the idea of it. It's small, easy to carry around and it has a built in C charger. However the charger doesn't charge my phone. I tried it on another phone and it constantly makes a connecting noise over and over. So I had to return it :(

It really take 2.5 hours to charge.

I love this Mophie keychain battery pack! I loved the fact that I can hang it in my purse! Its a backup battery for on the road situations!

This is a really cute power bank but it is not practical at all.It can only charge my smartphone (Samsung S10) half full, which is only useful in emergency situations. Any slightly bigger power bank is much more capable and cheaper.
