It was really soft. The fur just came off kinda easily.

I got it specifically for the baby. It comes attached but is easily cut from the parent with no damage to either. Both are great.

Recently purchased these for my niece who just found out her and her husband are having their first baby. They are obsessed with orangutans. We received the male first and he is AMAZING. So soft, so cute, perfect size. Today we received the female and baby combo...very very very disappointed. The female is way bigger than the male and sadly she's very...weird looking. We expected her to be just as great as the male but unfortunately they look dispoportionate together. We thought the orangutan family would be a perfect gift and representation for my nieces new family. Just giving people a heads up before they purchase. Would 10000% buy another male again though.

Santa delivered this with a hole in the armpit. Thank goodness I can sew and mom was able to save Christmas!
