This is soft and very comfortable! You can use the pillow in different positions to help support your body and head. I’m very pleased with this and will be buying another one. I absolutely love this pillow! I'm not pregnant, but I do have a lot of back and knee pain. I love that I can adjust this pillow any way I need it! It definitely helps with the pain.

Pillow is way to short I'm 5'5" and the arms on the pillow only reaches above my knees. Honestly not a great pregnancy pillow. But my 4 year old daughter thinks it great and is perfect size for her only reason I will be keeping this. Now on to find a better pregnancy pillow for me!
