I found that the floor piece could be inserted the wrong way and thereby it didn't seem to handle well or have good suction. Once I turned it 180 degrees and reinserted the floor piece nozzle, it worked GREAT! You do have to "step" on the flat floor piece and tilt the handle back per the instructions to put the floor piece flat on the floor and then you can really hear the suction pulling.I was truly impressed how much debris and dog hairs it picked up off our kitchen floor, some I hadn't noticed before! I does a so-so job on carpet, best if it is flat, closed loop and takes a few more passes. Get out the big boy for carpet!Someone had returned this one and it looked unused, brand new.Very impressed by how it handles and with the power/suction!

I bought 4 of them. I love that it is light weight, picks up most things, and easy to clean the dirt cup.

This is a great vacuum for quick clean-ups because it's lightweight but powerful. As other reviews have stated, the handle needs improvements. I had a hard time getting it to stay together until I figured out the correct tools. It is not very sturdy and seems to be the only cheap part of the vacuum; otherwise, it is a wonderful product that would have received five stars.

It's lightweight and compact making use of this vacuum very convenient but it was absolutely useless for thicker carper/rugs. Even for hardwood floors I was disappointed at the performance of the vacuum. For a $30 vacuum it may serve a purpose in very simple households with only hard flooring but I would rather invest in something double the price that I can rely on every time.

This little thing is so powerful! I love the ease of use and suction power.works great on bare floors and my throw rugs!

First of all, I bought this "renewed" but did not hesitate because it was a Eureka product. When I received it and began to assemble it, the dust cup had debris and hair in it. It was so dirty I had to clean it out and wash and dry the entire cup! The swivel effect is wonderful, but the suction power is horrible. It doesn't even look like I've vacummed. Very disappointed in the product and very dissatisfied with it! I feel like I wasted my money since it's in the closet and unused now. I didn't realize Amazon would send something in such bad shape, even a renewed product. He sure to buy a brand new product. I wish I had!

Love for my kitchen floors... I have two little ones that make food messes daily and this does an awesome job.

The vacuum is light weight, few of my friends recommended it !! but not sure when i received it's good later it does not vacuum properly does not feel like it cleans hairs or dust on carpet or in hard-floor. I was unhappy with this product.
