Q: can you use this on top of a gas stove burner to grill kababs?

No. A gas bbq grill. Sure. But a stove? No.

Q: Can I use this on the stove?

If you have an electric flat top I wouldn’t but if you have griddles it would probably be ok.

Q: I see that the package height is 2.09", but since I don't know how much packing material there is, can someone tell me the height of the actual pan?

It’s a little higher than a frying pan . You can cook a lot of veggies in it ! Not at home to actually measure

Q: Can you use on a campfire ?

You could, but this has low durability––not to mention the handle is removable and might give you issues when trying to get off the fire.
