I love this footrest and am very happy with it.I bought this footrest a year and a half ago and then one day it broke. I'm not sure what happened, just flipped it the wrong way and some plastic underneath broke. I wrote to the seller to replace it and they got right back to me. They asked me to send the old one, however I explained I had already thrown it away but told them what happened and they replaced it based on my word. I really appreciated the great customer service.In between I actually bought a different footrest thinking I might like a soft one instead. However, the soft one was too low. Also, the soft material wasn't as stable for helping my proper posture. I'm a full-time nursing student so I am at my desk ALL the time. I'm also an aging athlete and runner so I am super conscious about proper form while sitting.What I love most about this foot rest is that it's adjustable. My desk sits up on a high so this foot rest can be adjusted so that I can be ergonomically comfortable and my feet can sit on it as if they are on the floor. I can make it exactly the right height. Most are too shallow/short. I also like the rolling ball feature for a foot massage. I searched around and didn't see anything else as anything close to the height and adjustability as this one. I am very happy with both this original purchase and the sellers accommodation in replacing it when it broke.

I am on my computer for long periods of time. I like to have my feet rested on something instead of flat. It helps me to ease back pain and leg cramps. I love the fact that I can rock this one back and forth to keep my feet active. However, it is not very sturdy. I feel like it would easily break if I applied to much pressure. So, I am careful.

Good product

I purchased the HUANUO Footrest after not getting any pain relief from using the Everlasting Gel Memory Foam Gel. Which didn't give any ergonomic support because of being too soft.The rollers are the best, as they massage your foot. And can also use the footrest for rocking and pedaling.After extensively using it for 10 months (since I work from home), the footrest broke.I emailed to see if the Customer Service Team can provide me a replacement through warranty. I sent them images of the broken footrest and the Order#. They responded immediately and, within 2 days, sent me a new replacement footrest! Hence 5 Stars!!

It just completely broke, sigh.It broke around December to the point one side of the middle piece no longer latched to the metal bar on one side. Today, the other side gave out making it unusable outside of its flat configuration.Things I liked:- Gave the added height I needed- Used on carpet so it gripped really well on the bottom- Allows me to rock my anklesThings I didn't like so I prob won't replace with this model:- It broke within 6 months- It's noisy- Thought I'd like the nibs, but it was actually too painful for stocking feet. Had to intermittently use bedroom slippers for extra cushion- The rocking motion doesn't lock so it feels loosey goose when rocking front to back as well as a little rocky from side to side. In other words, you can't just put one foot on at a time. I always put both feet on at the same time to avoid the see-sawing.I guess that's really all. I may just try a memory foam thingy next. :-(

Update: I received great customer service! After seeing how disappointed i was in the product customer service reached out, and they were so friendly. They replaced the product for me. I hope the silo rings last longer.Original:I ordered this on March 20,2023. I have had this thing for 4 months, and it broke today. The top piece was always popping off, and it just broke. I cant reconnect the two pieces anymore.Dont waste your money on this garbage. I wish I could just get my money back.

This item is so noisy and not sturdy at all. purchased July 2024 and already broke. It would be nice if it would have locked in at certain heights or positions but it just rocks back and forth which is not very comfortable.The height it offered was good, but everything else is junk.

Works great and the massaging roller balls are a nice plus. My knee and hip pain have disappeared
