If i choose expert installation, will it come with the person in the box, or how does that work,

We tried that but the extra shipping cost were outrageous and the first thing the person in the box asked the customer was to use their restroom...not a very good first impression. They are there to drop off a Music Computing touch screen, not "bathroom-bombs". Now they just show up at your door in a van or truck.

Is this running ios or macos

You can connect a MacOS computer directly to it. You can also connect an Apple TV and use airplay if you want, but that will only show the images / video but not let you control using the touchscreen. Touchscreen control is available for Windows 7, 8, 10 / MacOS / and some Android devices - computers.
