This case is large enough to carry 2 large insulin pens, my blood glucose tester and all needed supplies. The hard zippered case comes in black or floral with 2 netted pockets and a smaller case as a bonus. The smaller case which fits nicely inside the larger one can hold 3 pens and additional small pockets for alcohol pads,needles ect... The 4 free ice packs assure you that your meds will stay cold all day and and probably alot longer. I like this case as it carries everything i need and stays cold for as long as i need it to. Good value for a great product.

I have to use preservative free eyedrops as my eye is healing from a long bout of shingles and traveling (flying) with liquids was a concern. This case holds 4 small ice packs and keeps my eyedrops cool for nearly 8 hours. And TSA seemed to recognize the case as one often used for insulin so accepted it with no problem. Also helpful for going to work or running errands, being away from home and my refrigerator, it’s small enough to fit in my (large) purse. Great product!

I got this for my step daughter since she started growth hormones and I wanted her to keep the needles and pen in one place. The case is definitely sturdy and it's great for traveling! Overall it's a beautiful case, I took a star off because of the horrible smell when I opened it. I just left it outside in direct sunlight for about 30 mins and that got rid of the smell! Definitely going to get the carbon fiber case for my Type 1 diabetic husband!

Very nice cooler. It's bulkier than I expected, but still able to put in my handbag. The one pet peeve that i have is that it forms condensation on the outside. So if you have it in your pocketbook, like I do, you'll get things a little wet.

This is the PERFECT insulin travel cooler for me. I use an insulin pump/CGM but when traveling I need a back up plan. So, I was looking for a travel pack that would hold a lot in a little space & be strong enough to protect my supplies. I ordered the ROHKLER Insulin Cooler Travel Case, received it the next day. To my delight it was well thought out, nicely executed & reasonably priced. But most importantly it's PERFECT for me!

Love this case. Its compact, sturdy and easy to carry when traveling. The ice packs are great.I travel a lot so this is going to making taking my insulin with me very easy.

Great case. My mom has always traveled with her insulin and supplies in a ziplock bag. We travel a lot and she needed an upgrade. Holds her monitor, insulin vial and all of her other supplies. Sturdy case.
