It sits quietly in my backpack, hoping to stay undisturbed for many years.If you have ever had to do mouth to mouth, you know how handy a small thing like this could be.My own experiences I do try and forget, but given the choice of a better mouth seal and avoiding the distraction of stomach contents and nasal leakage, one of these devices would be invaluable helping resuscitateanyone who has stopped breathing, where expert help is not on hand.You do need a basic knowledge, to be safe and to have the best chance of successful resuscitation. This basic piece of equipment is no substitute for that, but it could give your efforts the edge they need to save a life.I would urge everyone to get a basic knowledge of first aid from experts such as St Johns. You may only need that knowledge once in a lifetime, but that once could save the life of a loved one or a stranger in desperate need.Also, you yourself may not be the saviour, but you might be the one needing saved ?

Good price with the free delivery, came within 4 days of ordering.I haven't had to use it yet, so my review is limited in that sense. However these are a relatively popular brand, and it seemed good enough quality when I examined it, so I am convinced it would work if I ever had to use it in an emergency.It is a handy, compact size so you could carry it in your pocket, handbag etc. for whenever you might need it.It isn't essential for CPR, but is useful when the hygiene status of a person whom is in need of CPR is questionable.In summary: great value, arrived on time, useful size, seems fit for purpose.Thank you seller, I would reccomend to others and would buy from you again.

This is an essential item which should be added to any First Aid kitt, I ordered mine to add to the rest of my equipment. As there maybe a day/night when I will need to use it in an emergency and save someone's life ? It's not too big to fit into any First Aid kit and also value for money.

I've put this in the car first aid kit. Hopefully it'll never have to be used but at least its there for emergencies.

As per a previous reviewer - I was also surprised that the item was not sealed - but I agree with the commenter on that post that this is not really important. What is important is that if its use is required this item will prevent cross contamination between patient and first aider.

Bought one for my car one for my just passed nephews car, ive been in attendance at several RTC and its must to keep you safe whilst giving life saving first aid. really small so can fit into any first aid bag, glove box, hand bag etc

These are to expand the capabilities of the Aspen Ridge sports trauma kit, used them before and they do their job of preventing vomit etc from a patient going into user's mouth during resuscitation.

Bought to put in first aid kid replacement of an old one good price to pay for saving someones life and putting you at less risk.
