I’ve tried other acne patches before and they’ve always pulled excess oil out of my pores, which ended up drying, scarring, and leaving behind a dry patch when compared to the rest of my face. These effects were especially bad for my cystic acne, which always ended up more inflamed and painful after treatment.The Rael hydrocolloid patches gently pulled out all of the sebum from several pimples that I’d avoided picking at; with other brands, the patches only pulled anything out from pimples that had already been picked at/burst. The micro needle patch also relieved my cystic acne overnight. The pimple is no longer inflamed or painful. When I took the patch off, I could see the liquid and oils that it had pulled out BUT didn’t experience the scarring I have with other patches. Other reviews mention that the patches are fragile, but I don’t necessarily think that’s any different from the other brands I’ve tried. I had no problem trying to get one out of the package on the first try.Overall, I think these are a really good fit for folks with oily skin who experience scarring with other patches. These definitely pull more sebum and not as much oil, so you should see your pimples decrease in size without adding to the inflammation. The patches adhere well and stayed on all night without peeling off (even though I’d accidentally bunched up some edges on the hydrocolloid patches when applying). I’m definitely going to keep a stock of both types readily available!

I purchased the 2 pack: 1 Miracle Patch (pink) and 1 Microneedle Acne Healing Patch (green).Basically, I had a terrible cystic bump between my eyes on the bridge of my nose that was a beast and I hated it. I used the Microneedle Patch 3 nights in a row, and the patch came off every single night.I used the Miracle Patch one night, but because this particular spot was deep and not open, it did nothing. But it did stay on! No skin damage as reported in other reviews; also, I didn't have the troubles removing either product from the plastic sheet as other reviewers have mentioned.I have continued to use the Miracle Patch on other open spots, and these work just as described: good adhesion, no irritation, and the spots look significantly better after just one overnight use.Overall, don't bother with the Microneedle Patch, but the Miracle Patch is worth the money, IMO.

These were the first brand that I tried several months ago as I have very bad hormonal acne. They worked just as described the first time. But, I was my too thrilled about the price so I tried at least 3 or more other less expensive but still highly rated brands. Those other people clearly have never tried Rael because none of the other brands come close to Rael in quality, adhesion, transparency, and comfort. These stick VERY well. If the area isn't too big with a very large amount of sebum, they are discreet. But, they start working immediately and pull stuff out from under the skin within MINUTES. The price is still a bit hefty but I'd rather pay more for a brand that I know works than waste more money on subpar brands than don't do nearly as good of a job as Rael. Rael is the brand to choose. I order these regularly.

Off the bat, they work pretty well. It’s not a miracle and they do work but I’d look for something else before buying these again. The micro needle ones did help deeper acne but they break way too easily to justify buying.The packaging sucks and is confusing. The micro needle dots are two parts that work awfully together. I broke 2 of the 9 just trying to get them off the package. The miracle dots are slightly better but if you get it stuck to your finger trying to get it off, that dot’s a wash.The adhesive is good in some places and not so good at the edges. A few stayed on well and those that did were nicely transparent. These are not invisible but I’d run out with one on and I have darker skin.I took them off and noticed that fluid had been drawn out and overall, things were flatter and more calm. However, the amount of these things I threw away due to the awful packaging and just not adhering, I’d have to be at a last ditch effort to buy these again.

I like this product. I was nervous cause I am allergic to everything. However I got an ingrown pimple right under my nose. It hurt like a mother. So I bought these in hopes it would eat it off my face and I was pleasantly surprised. I put the one that has the crystals under my nose overnight. This morning it ate all the sebum around it and left a weak white head. When I removed the white head, I had a pretty decent hole under my nose. I put a dot from the pink box on it after disinfecting it and drying it off in hopes it will keep it protected while I wear a mask at work. I also had one in pink box on the side of my face in hopes of helping a ragged acne that I had scratched of the scab in my sleep the night before. So it was pretty rough skin. I slapped the dot from the pink box over night as well and my skin is soft. Its still a little red from where it was but its not raised and it doesn't hurt. These are pretty awesome. The adhesion sticks all night did not move ONCE. It was almost like removing a bandaid. They stretch well and fit over most acne spots and they are thick enough to not tear easy and hold all the gross that comes out of your face. I had no real expectations of the product because I wasn't sure how this face magic worked but it definitely does the trick when you have painful ingrown and just stubborn acne spots.

The best for really getting a pimple gone by the next day!!
