Better than the alternative
I was surprised there were no instructions on the box or bottle, but luckily they were here on Amazon. I didn't have the experience that I saw in the video, but I do feel if you're gonna wear gel polish (I only do it on special occasions now) this is probably one of the best options for removal. My nails are usually paper thin and actually hurt after gel removal, so I was excited to try out this product. I used a file to remove as much of the top coat as possible as suggested by other reviewers, then applied the remover. It was kinda weird that I instantly felt pressure on my nails, but I felt like it meant it was working. There was some softening and bursting, but it wasnt as easy as I'd hoped to remove. Still alot of scraping even after another application. In the end the polish did come off and my nails dont feel as fragile as they do using acetone and foil. I will keep it as an option, but will probably try out one of the steamers for removal next to see if it's even better.

Better than wrapping with acetone
So first i try to apply the product directly on the gel nail i want to remove. Seem like they soften just the top coat. I have to scrape off that layer then apply another time. Then they soften the rest of the gel polish. I scrape off the rest and give it a little buff. The second time i try to file off the top coat. Then apply the remover to the gel polish. It seem to work better. They soften the polish. Then i push off the polish and buff off the rest. The result of using this remover seem to be better then traditional foil wrap. Because the final result your nail doesnt seem thin like when you soak them with acetone or wrap them with acetone.I like the final result after using this remover.

It’s a good product.
I like this nail polish remover. I applied and left it on my nail for few minutes, then the gel started to dissolve, I removed the old nail very easily. It’s a good product.

Doesn’t work
I just received this and was very excited after reading all the great reviews, but it didn’t live up to it. I buffed out my nails really well and then applied it. When I opened the first bottle, it was all jelly and very hard to apply. I ordered 4 bottles (all were jelly consistency). I waited the 5 minutes and no movement. Then waited another 5, still nothing. I then scraped off the layer, re buffed and currently trying again. It’s been about 10 minutes for this second round and no movement.

This is good stuff
This is a great product. It easily removes the old gel polish so you don’t have to pay your nail salon to do it. You literally just put it on, let it soak and buff off the gel with a foam buffer file. Then wash your feet/hands & you have clean fresh nails. This is a good value!

Excellent Product!
I absolutely love this product. It does exactly what it advertises. The instructions are clear and should be followed. I gently filed a bit of the top layer on each nail, then I generously applied the gel on each nail. It is gel so it is a bit clumpy in substance, but that was to be expected as with any gel paint remover. Lastly, it took less than 5 minutes for the nail polish to bubble up a bit and I used a wooden cuticle stick to gently brush/scrape off the bubbled gel and nail polish. I did not use a cloth to wipe it off. It truly is an outstanding product and I highly recommend it.

Ouch! Don’t waste your money
Do not purchase. This stuff hurt my nail beds. And it didn’t remove my no chip. I had to apply it twice and still gave up with remnants on my nail tips. Just stick to acetone and aluminum foil pieces. Less caustic and more effective.
