Good taste, smells nice,easy to mix and is actually doing the job.I had pain in my wrists and elbows from heavy lifting and after I tool it daily for about two weeks all got better.Now I have no pain and stopped taking it for months now.I also like that the box size as is small so you can easily fit in your backpack/gym bag. Not an oversized container like on most supliment products where the container is huge and the actual powder inside could fit in a half size container.

I’ve been taking Animal Flex every day for about 7 months now and I have to say it works. I’m a power lifter and I was getting really bad shoulder pain after my heavy lift days. It got so bad that I had trouble sleeping on my side and had to take a month off.After taking this, and eventually adjusting my program to have fewer heavy bench days, my shoulders feel so much better. I still get pain from time to time but that happens when you bench 400lbs+. The difference is that it’s sore vs on fire and I recover in a day vs a week.Side note, I had some minor pain in my lower back and wrists from old injuries and that went away around 3 weeks in and hasn’t come back.This stuff isn’t a miracle cure for serious joint pain/issues, but it sure does help, and will knock out most minor irritation.

Started feeling results in about 5 days. Have at knee joint issues since 14. Im 40 now. I'm 2 weeks in and i can say it works for me so far. I mix the powder in a bottled water once a day with a meal. The berry flavor is pretty good.

Not the best flavor but was effective with my knee pain.

Love Animal Nutrition, the quality is always there and the pill packs just make it easier than getting multiple suppliments.Also I ordered these to an FPO and they sat out in the desert for about a week, and are still fresh.

Excelente producto, comencé a entrenar fuerza y mis articulaciones empezaron a molestar un poco, cosa que pasa al entrenar fuerza máxima, comencé a tomar este suplemento y los dolores desaparecieron. No quiere decir que no veas tu técnica! Pero si ayuda mucho a seguir dándole!

I’m not sure how much this helps various conditions. It didn’t make it worse but I think other therapies were more effective in managing symptoms than just the supplements. I like how it was all in packets which made it easy to just swallow the whole lot.
