I can't believe it took me this long to get 1. If you're thinking of buying this don't wait get it!!! You will not believe how nice this tower works. And my plumber told me it was the easiest thing to install....water pressure is great even when you angle it. Fits to your height and rust free. Great value for the money.

Works perfectly, so far. Easy to install, and easy to clean.

Tighten the worm hose clamps before hanging. One hose popped off after hanging so I had to take it down to repair. Also you may need to use strait joints and not elbow joints to avoid bending the hose and cutting off water flow. The metal is a little thin so not as solid as I was hoping, you can see the medal move a bit when pushing on and off the water valve. OK there are the negatives. I love all three of the water flows, they work great. It also looks great. The price was reasonable, so the value was pretty high.

This looks and feels like a super high end shower. You can adjust the top rain shower head up higher for taller people. The hand held is great. The front sprayers are great too. The unit itself is metal but the handles, hand held sprayer and front sprayers look good but are plastic. If you are not careful or if you are rough I could see them breaking. They have not broken for us. If you want everything stainless steel you will pay thousands of dollars. This is fantastic for the price and worth every penny.

This is an attractive unit, but there are some things that I think they could do to make it much better, for little additional cost. 1. The 12" STRAIGHT water hoses used to connect to the supply lines are useless if you have water pipes coming straight out of the wall, not on a 90 degree angle. I planned the water outlets to match the installation of this unit, so the water was connected near the bottom, because the suggested location (above the water connections in the unit) would have kinked the hose BADLY just to get the hoses to the connections. The 90 degree turn inside the 2.5" deep body caused them to fold flat so no water could come out. I had to MAKE two 12" (or so) hoses from PEX connectors, with one end a 90 degree swivel elbow and the other end straight. I used a heavy-duty hand-shower hose with PEX crimp rings. This allowed me to connect to my water supply lines without kinking them. (See image for sample of what I made - note image is NOT the same length as what I made... much longer) The thing is, because of the way these mount, the hose needs to be FLEXIBLE, because as the unit slides down onto the mounting brackets, the hose has to bend behind the panel almost two inches. If the company simply included a set of these, possibly a couple sets (different lengths), it would be MUCH nicer. I'm not sure you can even BUY them. 2. The instructions were VERY vague as to the best place to position the water lines as well. 3. It would be nice to be able to easily increase the water volume in the unit. We have plenty of pressure in our home, but the body jets and rain shower don't have nearly enough volume for my preference (Maybe this is possible, as I'm awaiting a reply from the company on this, will edit later if so). 4. The rivets on the back should be coated with rubber or something because in the process of installing these units, you need to put them on and off a few times, just to get them "right" with all the water line issues, and the rivets scratch the surface of your shower. 5. Lastly, they could redesign the mounting system a bit, in my opinion. It would be much better if the wall mount that you screw into the wall had a bar that extended to the sides of the unit, with threaded ends, and you simply put a stainless steel screw through a hole from the outside, into the mount on each side, at the top and bottom mount. Then you don't have to SLIDE it down the wall to mount it. Easy design mod. I may actually fasion one of these myself, so that I can remove it more easily... (See image) Once installed, this unit is good, just not great, as I'd hoped it would be, for the above reasons.

Easy to install and works great

Installing is great. I had problem with leaking hose. Retunerld and they send me a new one the next day.

What a pia to install!! WAIT don't stop reading, it's made to go on a flat wall, we mounted it in a corner, in place of an old one. Needless to say EVERYTHING was different, except the 1/2" npt fittings, thankfully. This is no reflection on the shower. Okay, entertaining installation aside, it works pretty good. The instructions were adequate for a flat wall application, as others have said, the hoses could be a couple inches longer, and mine came with 90 degree elbows. So, I made new brackets to compensate for the corner, picked up two longer hoses, and did a lot of measuring and fitting, again, no reflection on the shower. Many have commented on the material thickness,I wouldn't call it 'flimsy', tho it is certainly lighter than my old unit, it is strong enough, in my opinion, to hold water and I try not to remove it too often. On my brackets, it seems sturdy enough for it's purpose and the stainless is much better than the painted surface on the old one. The water pressure thru the head, and handheld, is equal to my old one, being off grid and only maintaining 60psi, it's what it is. The body heads are hopeless with our pressure. Some have said the shower head doesn't stay up, I didn't see any issue and I was being careful not to over tighten the joint. A last point, the temp handle seems to have some lag, possibly because of our pressure? so small adjustments until you hit your temp might be in order. Also, changing outlets will first push out the cold water in the lines, a bit thrilling the first time it happens. Again, strictly a first impression, but I'm optimistic and happy with the SS materials.

This is an awesome shower panel. Solidly built, looks impressive and works better than I expected. Only issue is I’m wasting a lot of water as I don’t want to get out of the shower. Overall, a great purchase!

Love this shower piece. Had my bathroom renovated and thought I might not like the shower head but it was the total opposite. I love this shower head. Lots of pressure, lots of water and a beautiful addition to my new bathroom.
